Chapter 143

Lim was standing beside his brilliant black Lamborghini Aventador, he wore a royal blue blazer with slim-fit suit trousers, his shirt had two buttons unhooked, revealing some portion of his neck tattoo. He was on a call and he had his back turned to the house. When he finished the call, he turned around to find out what was keeping the lady, then, he saw her.

Lim's eyes swept past her for a second, then they came back to her with the speed of lightning. Her steps were gentle on the marble floor as she saw where she was going. Her hips swayed from side to side as she approached him. Lim could swear in his entire life, he had not seen someone as stunning as that, even the ladies he had bedded in the past! No lady's beauty could be compared to hers! Without realizing it, his heart skipped a beat, something that had not happened in his entire life before. For once, he had felt something unique and new.

He watched her approach him, his eyes transfixed, unable to pull away. Then she raised her eyes to look at him.

The man standing in front of the Lamborghini was a man full of beauty. Rose didn't know the time her cheeks turned red.

"You are.... Beautiful!" Lim said nervously, and itched his finger across his well- combed hair when he realized for the first time he blushed to compliment a woman.

"Thank... You" Rose said and looked aside. Not wanting to see his handsome deceiving face.

After a few seconds of staring, he said " shall we?"

"Yes!" Rose quickly said.

Immediately, he opened the car door for her and she got in before him and walked to the driver's side with a big smile on his lips.

The guards standing beside them were surprised to see the boss smiling for the first time in their lives!

After Lim got in, he zoomed off.

Rose held onto her purse tightly as he drove onto the road. There was not a single sound in the car, not even the sound of music! Just an awkward nervous atmosphere can be felt in the car. Above all that, she didn't know what occasion they were going on!

With curiosity she decided to break the silence. " What, the occasion?" She said, turning to him.

Lim smiled mysteriously while his eyes were focused on the road. This birthday party was going to unwrapped a lot of chaos which he had prepared, but he wanted it to be a surprise for her and his entire family.

"A birthday party" he simply replied, but the mysterious grin still twisted on his lips.. "A birthday party? Of who?" Comes her quickest ask.

"Of my father" . Not at once as his eyes left the road to glance at her. Rose, who thinks this birthday party has more to it, turned to face the window. She had a feeling that something was going to happen soon or later. Why didn't he inform her earlier that they'd be attending his father's birthday party?

From all the parties in the city, he chose to take her to his father's birthday party. But why? She thought as if nothing had seen unfold to her, then she gave up. Having nothing to do, she began counting the trees as they passed by. She needed something to take her mind away from the suffocating air in the car.

Seeing the girl had faced somewhere else, he spared a glance at her. She was so beautiful and innocent, her skin was flawless. He could not believe he would have missed a beauty like her to that little bastard who called himself Steve Smith.

But now, the girl was in his arms. Never would he let her go or skip his sight. He was going to make her official to the public. Just as the thought swept through his mind, he smiled wickedly.

If only she knew what awaited her at the party. The thoughts that filled his head of that of lust, just a gaze at her, felt like ripping off her gown and having her just in the car.

Suddenly, Lim swerved into a low valley and parked. Rose looked around and there were no houses there, just grass and trees. She turned towards him with a little frown, wondering why he had stopped.

Lim turned and looked at her lustfully. Only her beheld sight was enough to make his erection rise. He just can't wait to have her just in the way he wants.

Rose blinked nervously as she became uncomfortable with his stare. She immediately looked away from him, her gesture made him come back to himself. He immediately pushed away those thoughts. In order not to make her feel more uncomfortable around him.

"I am taking you to meet my extended family and I would like you to know my extended family consists of other nuclear families, but not all are nice, but almost all of them are considered as enemies. You should know your limit around these people." He paused for a moment and continued.

" Now these are the rules, don't do the talking and leave it to me. I will be the one to make the introduction to them that no one will be able to forget in their lives. " He said sternly.

Rose was a bit confused about his statement. First, he called some of his family members enemies and now, he added an introduction. What did he mean?

"And don't you think about making a scene or trying to run away," he turned to her. His blue eyes were so cold and scary that even Rose shivered. " If you dare to run or attend to you", he drew closer to her.

" You know the consequences babe" his voice was cold and scary.

Rose was scared but she boldly hid her fear and faced the devil bravely.

"You don't have to worry, Mr X , I have told you before. I would go against my word. I am not leaving or planning to run away", she assured him. Lim smiled devilishly.

"Good girl"

Then, he took out his tablet. The first picture was that of old Walter,

"This is my father, Mr Walter" he said, swiping across the screen.

" This is Aunty B, her husband and her daughter. She is my elder sister and the only girl in the family. You should be nice to these people. Now any other person you see there, without my permission, should not have any conversation with them. Is that understood? "

Rose nodded, " And one last thing, don't you forget you are my fiancee", he added with a devilish smile.

Rose once again nodded immediately, although she could not possibly act like she was a thing with that demon of a man , she had no choice but to nod.

Lim stared at her for a moment before he dropped the tablet and started the engine again.

Rose was confused. He just showed her those four people and what of his mother? Also, with his brothers because, from the way he describes Aunty B as the only female child in the family, that makes her think he might have brothers also whom he considered as enemies, and why? But the most curious part was his mother. He never mentioned that part to her. Rose wondered if he also took her as his enemy too.

There were so many questions in her head she wanted to ask, but she kept her questions to herself. They were not close enough for her to ask such questions even though he called his wife. To Rose, she was nothing to him but his sex doll.
