"Major?"
"Major?!"
A deep fatherly voice rang out in the dark, it echoed for but a moment only to be drowned out by the loud sounds of screams. The dark opened up as a wave of the past thundered loudly over everything, and the world seem to change.
Massive cables came from the walls and crossed over each other on the grey stone ground, liquid dripped like a pool as the floor was covered in blood, along the four walls of this large room, blood stuck and dripped down. The thick smell of iron filled the air, as the and oppressively thick red blood filled in the rune like magic Inscriptions on every part of this dreadful room, only to move down to see white sheets, they were stained with blood, caked to the point were the faces could almost be seen, while men and women in white coats checked their bodies.
"Marcus.. Ruby.. chasha.. rulk.. yin.." As everyone worked, their bodies seemed to freeze, as a some what deep voice rang out in almost a whisper, the person in question, was covered in a black cloak. The sword at his hip poking out of the back of it.
The hat that sat on top of the persons head covered their face in shadows, while their overly long purplish blue hair, moved slightly as they stood in the center of the room, their body gave off a subtle yet heavy pressure that seemed to push the others shoulders to the floor, their heads moving lower as they listened to his next words, while the man rested his off hand on top of his swords hilt.
"What was it I was.. no what we were searching for? Was this our goal.." The world seemed to grow darker, the man's voice like a boat sneaking under the waves of a dark see as the world seemed to melt away.
"Major?! I'm not going to keep calling you!" The memories seemed to pass as the fatherly voice was heard once more. Yet this time a heavy hand on the persons shoulder followed.
"It's ok major.. just let it pass.." The voice was closer and some how carried a warmth to it that calmed the atmosphere, with clouded eyes, the man in question looked up as he finally realized his off hand was on the hilt of his sword.
The room was different, almost as if the seen a moment ago had never happened, soft wooded walls, a fur carpet that laid at their feet, a fire place cracking with embers and the furniture of a happy home. Two chairs sat a good distance away from the fire, as the man major looked up, his eyes looking at a tall muscular old man, his white hair pushed back, and his white skin was evenly contrasted with his black button up shirt. The mans hand was on his shoulder as he looked down at major with meaning in his eyes.
"I'm fine old man, just more of the same. Don't let it bother you to much old friend." The man major spoke, moving his hand from the hilt of his sword, and looking up at the old man with a neutral face.
"Your still the same as back then, I'm just trying to.. Nevermind, just be more mindful of where we are Major. Remember the kid is asleep upstairs or do you want to scare him again?" The older man spoke, moving back to his seat with a sigh, the seat rocked ever so slightly as the man picked up a glass and drank from it.
"I'll be more mindful, Still your the one who called me here old man, or should I say.. Zeus? What is it you want from me? I thought you had your hands full with the kid." Major who gazed at the fire asked, his purple eyes like a black lake as the embers burned, his hand moving to bring the cut to his face as the smell of heavy alcohol hit his nose, his face unmoving as he drank it.
"You should be. And you know I don't go by that.. not any more. Is it wrong to want to drink with a old friend? It's not like anyone else can stand out like you do major." Zeus, who didn't look at all as godly as he once was said, his farmer like get up and his way of talking had changed over the time they have known each other. If it wasn't for his appearance that couldn't hide the qualities of a god all the way. Anyone would think he was just a farmer or some random man.
"Well said.. still we both know that is not true. It's been what? three years? Since I was last here and that was to teach that young boy the sword. Whenever you call,I will answer that is are deal, right? But when it comes to that boy it is never as simple as that." Major said, finally turning to the man as he put his glass on the oak wood, small table between them as he sat back. His eyes for a small moment held a deep meaning, while a image of a beautiful woman with long white hair flashed in his mind.
"You never change.. even now you still have that look. Well no use in trying to beat around the bush, we are friends but most of all we still have a contract don't we?*sigh, I need you to do.." Zeus stopped many times in his words as flashes of the past came up in his mind, of a young man swinging a sword day in and day out, to a raging fire as he couldn't help but to let out a long sigh.
"Uncle! Uncle Major!" As if to break the strange atmosphere in the room, a loud voice rang out accompanied by thumps on the wooden stair way. While a blur of white rushed down into the living room. The figure soon slid into the light of the fire, as their eyes shined red with the illumination of the fire, the small young boy looked at the man with his grandfather. His face was full of smiles as his white messy hair shifted from a hand that was placed on his head.
"It's been a long time.. how are you? Bell.." With the smallest of grins the man major had moved in a instant, his tall figure casting a shadow over the boy, while he placed his hand on bells head, who was smiling as he looked up to someone he hadn't seen in a long time.
