Vs Tribal Tiger God Vaghoba

Before Raynor can see the tigers some things need to be arranged. For this Erica and Yukino went to see the administration. 

In the meantime, the Godslayer was with Ena and Liliana. The trio were enjoying the local cuisines with some tea.

"This is not bad. I like the tea, we should buy a couple of large boxes of it before we leave." Raynor said to the pair as he was drinking his tea and admiring how the pair were dressed up for him.

He should more often dress up the girls according to the place and culture they are in.

"As you wish…Y—R-R-Raynor…" Liliana with a stuttering voice tried to sound as casual as possible.

He smiled hearing that he slowly leaned forward and whispered to her, the girl was sitting in front of him while Ena was on his side. 

"Not bad, if I practise more I will be starting to reward my beautiful witch."

This made her cheeks erupt into dark red as she started to imagine the 'rewards' from getting pinned to a wall to having his way with her in a car. All sorts of wild ideas started to appear in her mind.

"That's right. Think about It." As he said that he leaned back into his chair and proceeded to get pampered by Ena. 

He could feel several gazes on him as the locals were whispering about how he had two extremely beautiful women around him.

Though he ignored them. This place has a lot of people. 

[A Godling is eyeing you.]

Raynor stopped for a bit and tried to sense anything. He knows that his Godslayer instincts flare up the moment a Heretic God is close but…now he can't sense anything.

'I don't sense anything.'

[Well, if you didn't use the daily limit for knowledge I would have figured out who it was!] Athena exclaimed angrily in his mind.

'Hey. I needed to know the best Tea house in this part of India!'

[...You— fine…whatever… I am sure you can handle this thing. From the reading I have he is on a lower level.]

'So a minor god? Fair enough.'

The Storm King is slightly relaxed, it's not Indra or Shiva. If any of those have descended then he would have a serious fight on his hands.

"Is everything alright?" Ena asked him with some concern.

"It's fine. Athena just explained something to me."

"...Hmm? Can you communicate mentally?" Liliana asked with a curious tone.

"Yeah. It's quite a curious development."

[From what I was able to observe it should be half animal one.]

'And we are close to a park dedicated to tigers…'

[A tiger god? Possibility.]

Raynor hummed to himself for a second he realised that he might have an advantage here, his Greek God Body Authority has a myth related to choking monsters.

That's if the traits work in the same way. 

After a while Yukino and Erica returned and took their seats.

"We can access it in a few short hours. They need to prepare for us."

"...I am not asking for red carpet treatment. I just want to see the felines." The Godslayer sighed with a small amount of annoyance.

"Ray, we didn't want to push them. Let the park rangers do their thing." Erica smiled at him as she swiftly walked over and ended up sitting on his lap.

"Fine… let's just wait for our time."

As he said that his eyes swept the surroundings. The Storm King could not see anything strange.

Either the Heretic God has authority related to hiding or it has not descended properly, yet.

After a few hours, the group proceeded to enter the tiger reserve, where they were greeted by several managers and head rangers. 

"You two, be on guard. Make sure none of the regular people get hurt." Raynor whispered to his witch and knight.

"...Hmm?"

"...Lord?"

"Someone is watching me." 

Their pair's eyes widened for a second before their gazes sharpened.

Ena nodded as well as her hand tightened around her sheathed sword.

The only one who was clueless about this was Yukino as she was with the managers and the rangers learning about Tigers and the reserve and its whole history.

Though… the moment Raynor stepped into the area of the reserve the whole area turned cold, bloodlust rose to supernatural levels, and roars of tigers spread through the whole park.

Now he could feel it. His Godslayer instincts have flared up.

"Go! Make sure everyone is fine! I will deal with this!" 

Raynor kicked off and dashed into the forest, his girls swiftly moved to make sure no one was hurt. At the same time… all the tigers entered a frenzied state.

"Ugh…we can't just kill them," Erica exclaimed as she summoned her sword. She is very reluctant to kill such animals.

"...hypnosis?" Liliana suggested as she summoned her sabre.

"I could electrocute them. My sword can do that." As Ena said that she unsealed her sword. The glow from the weapon instantly revealed its godly existence.

"...Um…can't we just fly into the air and annoy them long enough until Raynor is done with the fight?" Yukino suggested as she was already in the air. There is no way in hell she will try to do something to these apex predators.

"Possible, then you can distract them and we shall knock them down."

The black-haired girl nodded. She felt that she could do that much. It would seem she is feeling a certain amount of bravery flowing through her. 

Maybe it's because she is blessed by Raynor? Or it's just a natural feeling when you have supernatural power flowing through you?

Well, it doesn't matter she can practise throwing elements from the air without worry after all the trio already has placed the staff under a forced sleeping spell.

Raynor walked into a clearing and he saw a massive 3 to 4-metre-tall yellow tiger-like being. It has stripes and leopard-like dots on its fur. 

It was radiating a dark orange-like aura.

"...Indian God of Tigers… Waghoba."  

*Roar*

The Tiger God roared and lunged at him. But the Godslayer simply flew out and proceeded to call forth his powers.

Clouds gathered at a rapid pace as thunder started to rumble in the clouds.

With a hand motion a massive bolt of lightning smashed at Raynor's target.

All he could see was that the Heretic God barely felt anything.

"In that case… I am the one who SMITES!"

*CRACK*

*BOOM!!!*

'So I can pull Emiya… that's cool… one-liners are good as well…'

Raynor realised that he could be flexible, he didn't need the whole chant to get a slight increase in power.

Sure enough, the Heretic God Tiger looked somewhat charred from that burst of lightning.

*Roar*

The beast lunged at the Godslayer with an open mouth, ready to munch on him. But the Storm King caught the mouth stopping in the tracks but this was enough to pull Raynor from the sky.

"...I am going to feel this one…"

Sure enough Heretic God Waghoba slammed him into a tree.

"ugh…"

"Since you want such a close encounter let's have it then!"

*CRACK*

*BOOOOM*

A massive golden-like blast of Electricity slammed into their location. 

The tiger god twitches and spasms from the pain of divine lightning flowing through his body.

While Raynor's only thing that suffered was his upper clothes…

"Let's rip it up!" 

The Godslayer proceeded to glow sky blue as his right-hand fist went right into the twitching beast. The first speed broke the sound barrier as it slammed into its body.

Right fist, left fist, right fist, left fist.

The longer this lasted the faster he got before his last smash was a right upper hook sending the tiger god flying away, into a tree.

*Phew*

"I am the one who smites, I am the one who brings judgement to you. None can hide from the fury of the King of Gods."

As he finished the incantation lightning concentrated all over his right fist.

Then he charged into the Heretic God.

At the last moment, it shrunk in size and turned into a leopard instead of a tiger.

*BOOM*

'Fuck, I missed.'

The beast dashed away into the forest while Raynor's fist disintegrated the tree into ash.

*Tsk*

"As if you were running away from me!"

That moment lightning ceased and instead extreme amounts of rain started.

Followed by wind gusts.

"You may be an agile feline but you can't escape from nature!" As exclaimed he rushed into the air and motioned with his hand to raise. 

At that moment the leopard was lifted by winds and rain into the air.

"If I have to overkill you to just kill you then, so be it!" 

A large amount of water started to gather around him.

"Hear the sound of seas and the fury they bring! Reaching even the distant lands of Oceanus, my reach touches them all! Behold the Might of Poseidon! The God of Seas!"

Water morphed into the massive image of Poseidon the water then glowed as if it became alive, the trident turned to gold and then descended on the Heretic God, skewering it like some small fish.

The thing was in midair without any ability to fly, so it was like a sitting duck.

The moment the connection happened the leopard instantly 'drowned' in the depths of 'Oceanus'.

The water turned into a massive waterfall in the aftermath…

Slamming the body of the drowned Heretic God into the ground, seconds later it turned into yellow-orange particles and disappeared. 

At that moment Raynor felt a new authority starting to manifest inside of him.

He landed on the ground and inhaled quite a bit of air. At that moment all the clouds swiftly started to disappear and the sun came out seconds later.

*Phew*

"That miss was annoying." For a second he remembered how he wasted his favourite authority.

[Don't worry things like that happen, Even if you didn't have Poseidon's power you still have Apollo's Chariot.]

Raynor's lips twitched for a second.

"Yeah, I don't want to use THAT in the forest like this area."

[In that case, you can use my death authority. But are you sure you want me to sleep for the whole day?]

'This goddess is getting cheeky with me.' The Godslayer thought with an amused smile before sitting down on the grass and starting to rest.

'Well, at least they will have a pond for a while.'

"...It has ended?"

"Yeah…Both Zeus and Poseidon authorities are off…" Erica nodded as she sensed Poseidon's blessing turning off. 

"True. And Apollo's is still flowing; this means His Majesty has won." Ena said with a smile.

"...You don't say! That poor Tiger God just got skewered like a fish by that Trident," Yukino said with a small amount of sadness, after all, it was a Feline God.

"...You— that's hilarious! I thought you would scream from sheer fear when you saw Raynor get loose like that." Erica was amused with Yukino's reaction to their boyfriend using one of the avatar modes of the authorities. 

"Well…yes…but what's the point of fear? It's not like I can change anything."

"...Good, you grew up. Now we just need to teach you magic and you can be a mage or something." The blond quite proudly nodded at the black-haired girl.

"...Yeah, I might skip on that. I already have some power from Raynor."

"Hmm? Are you sure? I mean if you learn magic you could be more useful to him. Especially since we have the legitimate blessing of three major Greek Gods?"

As the group discussed this they finally arrived at the spot where the battle was.

It was…chaotic… some destroyed trees and a new large pond in… well it was almost like a lake.

"... That's my kitty! Good boy! Who is the good boy? Oh yes, you are!"

"..."

"..."

"..."

"..."

What the group found was Raynor surrounded by tigers as if they were dogs who wanted to be petted…

It was unique, to say the least.
