"Is that even possible? I'd rather the rest of the city not know about our involvement. That will keep assassins away from us." Tenur said, convincing that man with ease.
"Don't worry. I won't even tell my subordinates about it." Salim agreed, not out of fear of this being a threat from Tenur but because there was immense danger for those who did things out of the ordinary.
Merely being associated with Tenur was enough to put him at risk, even more so if this foreigner brought innovative business to this merchant family.
Salim wanted to do business with Tenur, but if possible, he would do it secretly and not reveal who was behind his business.
At least this way, he would not win Tenur and Mero's enemies right away!
