"Why did the two-" The thugs couldn't hear what they said. But as they were going to enter,

"Yes! Yes! Faster! Give it to me more!" The moans and begging sound that came from the alleyway answered their questions. Their faces twitched. You guys came all the way here to do that?!

"Dammit! Kill that guy!" Besides being paid to do this, jealousy was driving it too!

"And what do we do about the girl?"

"Of course, we should have fun with her!" They were paid to beat Lu Chen to a pulp. Never once did they say anything about the girl.

The thugs' faces turned red. They saw Kang Shuchun and had been eyeing that body down. And like that, the thugs entered the alleyway, but as they thought about attacking,

"Huh? Where did they go?!" Lu Chen and Kang Shuchun were nowhere to be seen.

"You guys should look above you!" They didn't need to search! Lu Chen and Kang Shuchun came flying down from the sky! Lu Chen's leg slammed right into one of their faces while Kang Shuchun knocked out two with a perfect split kick.

There was nothing to say about what happened next. It was a quick defeat! These thugs were beaten up black and blue from it.

"That should do it." Lu Chen calmly said as he slapped his hands together. He threw all the thugs together into one place.

"Shuchun, don't kill these-" Lu Chen was going to tell Kang Shuchun not to kill them. Well, not to knock them all out, at the least. But,

"How dare you ruin my date with the young master?!"

"Gah!"

"How dare you do this to my clothes! It's ruined by your dirty blood!"

"Gahh! Gahh!"

"How dare you!! How dare you!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!" Kang Shuchun roared as she clobbered one of the guys! And the guy's face was about to turn to paste!

When Kang Shuchun was about to end it with one blow, Lu Chen caught the final blow.

But he shouldn't have done that. Kang Shuchun was radiating bloodlust as she didn't care who it was. And she swung back at Lu Chen!

"Woah!" Lu Chen quickly ducked down.

"Young master!" Realizing she had attacked Lu Chen, Kang Shuchun's face turned pale.

I attacked the young master!

Lu Chen quickly waved it off, "It's fine. Just stop punching the guy, or you will hurt your hand." He calmly said as he looked at her hand. She was slamming her first right into the guy's skull!

There was no way her hand would be fine with that.

"Understood." Kang Shuchun backed off. Lu Chen sighed in relief as he turned to them,

"Who sent you?"

But the thugs quickly shook their heads, "We don't know! We were paid to beat you up. That was it!"

"..." "Young master, I bet he's lying. Give me a few minutes, and I'll make them say everything!"

"EEEP!" The guy was genuinely scared. He didn't want to get beat up by these beasts again!

Lu Chen frowned, "Shuchun, you don't need to do that. They don't know." He could tell they were only grunts. And it was not worth questioning them.

Lu Chen bent down, "If you guys ever come near me again, you know what will happen, right?"

"We understand!" The guy nodded his head.

"Let's go." Lu Chen didn't look at them any longer and walked away. Kang Shuchun scowled at them before following Lu Chen.
