Chapter 6: New Legacy.

Lee Family Mansion.

In the courtyard of the largest mansion in the South District of Country S, the servants of the Lee family were all walking on eggshells because of the preparations that were being made for the departure of the Lee Family Heir. They were all moving and walking like their lives depended on it.

Knowing the Master of the Lee Family and his personality of being a perfectionist, they all had to do everything in order as he was always watching not matter what they did he always knew what was happening.

Even Butler Park had used his handkerchief for the umpteenth time while checking the luggages of the Young Master who was going abroad for his studies.

Some of the maids who were cleaning the grand living couldn't help but weep silent tears because of the Lee Family Heir's departure to study. Some were even gossiping as they couldn't help their curiosity.

Maid A: "But all this while does it mean that the Young Master hasn't been going to study in school, how come he still has to study."

Maid B: "I think he just wants to train more to takeover the family business from the Master," she said with uncertainty, because everyone could testify to the trainings the Young Master had to go through.

Some of which left him bedridden for days and still he had to study from home no matter what.His childhood could more or less be called a nightmare.

In the study of the Master of the Lee Family, the center of that day's attraction was standing in front of the large table made from oakwood and had intricate carvings of dragon heads that was the symbol of the Lee Family. The dragon heads were carved at the four corners of the large table with their mouths open leaving an eerie feeling to an observer.

As he stood in front of the table facing the back of the man he had called his father for the sixteen years of his life since he came into this family when he was five, he couldn't help reminiscing the years he spent and now he had to just leave again. He didn't even know what all this was for but he knew that his father has been after something and he was finally getting to it that was why he was being sent.

The secrets of the Lee Family ran deep and he had always found a way to know it all except the reason why his father couldn't leave this country, even on a business trip or a vacation. 'This was one of a hella ride and he.....

"Alexander Lee II," Alexander Lee I called out.

" Father," he answered as he has always been taught. Will definitely get to the root of it all', he finished in his head.

" I can see that you that you're reminiscing as you're about to leave home to a foreign land." Alexander Lee I said.

Xander Lee blinked twice as he had been staring at one of the dragon heads that was on his side of the table. Bowing his head to hide his expression from his father, he answered," Forgive me, sir, for spacing out."

"Huh, huh,huh," he chuckled softly," interesting, for a second there, I expected that you wouldn't miss home at all, seeing how rigorous your life here has been."

Xander remained silent because, he knew that he wasn't meant to speak. His father continued," Well, I must remind you that, this isn't what you are going there for."

This was what had been weighing on Xander's mind for the past month, since he was informed of his departure to study abroad.

" You are going there for a very important mission." His father said in a very stern voice. Xander raised his head to look at him inquisitively, and then he knew that this had to do with one of his secrets. For his father to still be standing speaks volumes on how important this mission is.

" I have scores to settle with the Williams family, the rumored most mysterious family in the whole of Country A. You will be going there to study in the school of their only daughter and you will get as much information that you need on her and her family. Most importantly, you most report anything that seems out of place with her or any member of her family, am I clear," ordered Alexander Lee I.

" Yes, sir, I will do as you have instructed," affirmed Xander Lee.

" Good, I will be watching you as you will be going with some of my men, of course you can take your clique with you, but if they seem to be a distraction of any sort to you, they will be eliminated immediately," Alexander commanded with a wicked glint in his eyes.

Bowing his head finally he assured," I understand, sir," Xander said as he tried as hard as he could to keep his face calm. He hated the way his father took the life of a man as a game.

" You may go," his father finally said with a wave of his hand while turning his back on him. After the click of the door, the shadow of a man that had been in the room all along came forward and asked," Are you sure that it is really safe to send Xander over there, those people will definitely keep their guards up, now that they caught wind of the news," Han Mihai asked with a warning laced in his voice.
