Chapter 1

Katy has been an engineer for 2 years already. She love her job but there are times that she really get drain.

Katy slumped to her office chair. "Ugh, I'm tired Gi!" Her exhausted self speaking. "You just went to the site!" She laughed at her. Katy glared at her "Be thankful that I love you." Gigi moved closer to Katy and hugged her. "I know."

Gigi and Katy have been the best of friends since their college years.

Gigi moved away and took something in her bag. "Here." Katy took the pamphlet and look at it. "It's an art exhibit at St. Bernard. You should go there to have some peace of mind." Gigi said to Katy who is still reading the pamphlet.

To New Beginnings

September 24 - 30

9am - 6pm

Ground Floor, Building C, Karri Plaza, 2316 Ave, St. Bernard, Neo City

"Hmm, your not going?" She look at Gi. "I still have a meeting on that day. Besides my bestie is stress, you need to go there." Katy looked at her phone to check the date and realize that the exhibit will end tomorrow. "Hey, tomorrow's the last day and you just gave it to me, today?" Even her bestfriend was shock. "I thought today was 28th." Gigi looked at her phone also to check the date. "Oh shit. It really is the 29th." Katy just shook her head and smiled at her friend. Gigi stood up hurriedly and fix her things. "Where are you going? " "I need to go, it's the 29th or else Engr. Mariano will scold me." Gigi dashes off leaving Katy at their office.

"Let's go to the exhibit self!" she said to herself.
