"Someday. .somehow!"

Impit na napahagulgol si Sophia ng marinig ang lahat ng pinag usapan nila ni Leo at ng kanyang ina.

Hindi nya sinasadyang marinig ang lahat ng iyon, she wanted something from Rain, pero pagpasok niya sa studio wala roon ang lalaki. 

Aalis na sana sya ng di sinasadyang makita si Leo sa monitor, out of her curiousity she listened to them kahit alam niyang mali. 

Pero sana hindi nalang sya nakinig sa kung ano man ang pinag usapan ng mga ito, She was so shocked to hear everything.

Her parents died in the plane crash when she was one year old, atleast yon ang sabi sa kanya, ok na sana kung iyon talaga ang nangyari pero nayanig ang buo niyang pagkatao ng marinig ang sinabi ng ina ni Leo.

"It was all Mondejar's fault!"

Naikuyom nya ang kamay habang impit na napahagulgol.

She never regretted anything but God knows how much she longed for a family, if not Mondejar's greed sana kasama nya ang kanyang mga magulang and most probably, she won't be alone doing things she's not supposed to.

And the fact that Leo is Mondejar son is way more shocking, she felt betrayed. 

Bakit di sinabi ni Leo sa kanila ang totoo? Sinadya ba nitong mapalapit sa kanya just to spy on her? 

And there's more that makes everything more complicated, Rain is Leo's younger brother?

fate really played a joke on the three of them.

Nagulantang syang biglang mula sa pag muni-muni ng mag ring ang cp ni Rain.

There's no name na nakaregistered sa screen kaya't napilitan syang sagutin ito.

"He. .hello?"

Bungad ng nasa kabilang linya.

"Oh. .Lee why are you calling?" 

It was Leo who called, bigla nalang tumulo ang kanyang luha pagkarinig sa boses nito.

"Where is that stup—he wasn't infront of his laptop, right?"

"Ah. .he was in the bathroom, why?"

Sophia bit her lips and calm herself, she tried hard to be cheerful despite the pain she felt.

Leo's voice seems to be crooked. Alam niyang nahihirapan din ang lalaki sa sitwasyong kinakaharap.

"Nothing just tell him to put everything back in normal, I gotta go, bye!"

"Ok!" 

Sophia stood there in dazed habang nakatingin sa screen ng laptop.

He was just asking about Rain, pero nakalimutan nitong itanong sa kanya kung nakinig ba sya o hindi?

"No—he did not forget to asked you. He trusted you!"

Aniya sa sarili.

"That damn trust!"

nasabunutan bigla ni Sophia ang sarili. Isa pang masakit ay ang katotohanang, they already build a kind of friendship.

She suddenly smirked when she realized something. 

"Friendship that full of lies—damn it!"

After a careful deliberation, Sophia decided to copy the whole video and put in the micro disk before she erase it in Rain's laptop.

"Are you crying?" 

She jerked ng bigla nalang sumulpot si Rain sa kanyang harapan. She did not even heard him coming.

"Are you crying?"

Ulit na tanong ni Rain sa kanya ng makita nito ang pamumula ng kanyang mga mata at ang panay niyang pagsinghot.

She did not answer.

"What have you done?"

Gulat na gulat na tanong ni Rain ng makitang naka " 80 % deleting" na ang nakalagay sa screen ng kanyang laptop.

"Oppss. .sorry I accidentally deleted it, but you promised to Le— you should keep it!"

"How did you know—"

Rain asked her confusedly. His eyes was asking her something pero nag iwas sya ng mga paningin rito, hanggat maari ayaw niya munang makausap ang lalaki.

She's a terrible liar kaya't alam niyang mabibisto sya nito, ayaw din niyang makita sya nitong umiiyak.

"Why should I?" 

Anito.

Sophia hissed at kunwari pinandilatan niya ito ng mga mata. 

"What?"

"I just like your necklace!

Sophia smiled na ipinagtataka naman ni Rain, her smile was exactly the opposite of what her eyes looked. 

She was sad and furious.

"I'll borrow your phone!"

"Where are you going?"

Bigla niyang tanong rito, it was just five minutes ago ng iwanan sya nito.

"I'm going to see someone—"

"Oh my! are you dating someone?"

Rain's eyes widened in shocked, pero malakas na batok isinagot ni Sophia sa kanya.

"Who's in the right mind to date someone in this kind of situation? I'm going out for business!"

Anyang inundayan ito ng batok iniharang kaagad ni Rain ang mga braso sa kanyang ulo.

"Geez. . ."

Anitong nahimas ang nasaktang bungo.

"In this time?" 

It was already 9pm and they were in the guest house kaya't may kalayuan ito sa pinaka syudad.

Napabuntong hininga nalang ang dalaga, she was like explaining to a five year old kid.

"If you keep on asking me, I might as well sleep in the street if I'm not going right now!"

"Fine. .should I—

"No. .You stay!"

Sophia snap, She's going to meet someone to make things clear and might as well end everything.

"I'm going alone, so don't send anyone—I'm going to kill you!"

She hissed before leaving him in dazed.

She pulled the black audi r8 spyder, ayaw sana niyang gamitin ito but she had no choice her red ferrari 488 was too catchy kayat napilitan syang ilabas ito, and probably all the traffic divisions already noticed her car, as she was already a repeat offender.

Malamang pinaghahanap na sya ng buong traffic divisions at nag aabang na lamang sila to catch her.

besides she's going out alone kaya mabuti narin ang mag ingat.

"You're home?"

Bungad niya sa lalaking kausap sa cp.

"I'm going somewhere, why?"

"Come see me, I send you my location afterwards!"

Leo just receive a new mission from his mission device and he's on his way to check it.

He's on the road ng bigla nalang nag ring ang kanyang cp, napakunot noo sya ng makita kung sino ang caller.

"Yes!"

Bigla nyang nailayo ang cellphone ng marinig ang nasa kabilang linya. It was Sophia akala kasi niya si Rain ito.

"I'm going somewhere, why?"

Anya ng marinig ang tanong nito sa kabilang linya.

"Ok!"

He said bago iniliko ang sasakyan, Nahimas nya ang mukha. 

Leo felt like being lost somewhere, he was planning to end everything with the two of them but here he is, isang tawag lang ni Sophia iniliko nya na kaagad ang sasakyan without even thinking.

He turn on the radio in his car sakto namang nakasalang ang favorite nyang kanta.

"And do you feel the pain? This pain I felt in you. As if I always knew, the words I'd never say to you, somehow. These words that would mean nothing. ."

Nakisabay narin sya sa chorus ng naturang kanta.

"It's alright. .it's alright, we're running out of things to say, we've got the answer. ."

"It's alright. .it's alright."

"Oh, please don't say you're sorry."

"I know."

"And it will all be fine, someday. !"

"I'll gladly take the blame. .

Hindi na niya kaya pang makisabay sa naturang kanta, he felt like being cut into pieces. He never confessed his love and yet he was already broken.

Napatawa sya ng mahina.

Leo just realized that he already fell inlove with Sophia, but everything was out of track.

"Yeah. .I would gladly take the blame!" 

Anya sa sarili. 

It was really hard for him, time will come that he has to choose between the two of them. 

Nagawa na nyang banggain ang ama just because of her, for the first time in his life, Leo found a reason to openly opposed his father.

But then if he's going to continue to do so, his little brother's life will be put at risked at hindi iyon makakaya ng kanyang konsensya.

"I hope verything will be alright, someday—somehow!"

Napabuntunghinga nyang sigaw sa kawalan.
