Indeed, Glynn pretended a lot after all, if she stopped pretending she would break like a tower of blocks.
She stared at her brother who heartlessly looked back at her and all the fight in her heart disintegrated at once. Glynn allowed herself to be dragged by her mother, without struggling even in the slightest.
Mrs Mia dragged Glynn to a small room which was at the far end of the corridor of the Nelson mansion.
This room had always been locked up, as the key was with Mrs Mia, and she had never handed the key to this room to anyone.
And as the room was at the quieter side of the mansion, no one came to this place.
"Mom, please—" Glynn begged as she fearfully stared at the door of the room.
"Silence, Glynn," Mrs. Mia took out the key which she carried with her all the time. She unlocked the lock and pushed the door open, once the door was opened— Mrs Mia pushed Glynn inside the room.
