A different scene

When others were looking for him, Cheng Shen seemed to have already started to practice martial arts and the man that had come to kidnap him or probably take his life seemed to be doubting life since it was already 10 pm and he had not shown up.

It was true, Cheng Shan had practiced the Five Animal Boxing all day and the moment that he was raising his consciousness entered the clone.

Before it could even move it seemed to realize that some small creature the size of 15 inches was moving before him and he set for it.

He did not plan to let the prey off, but when he arrives before it it seemed to turn into a shell.

"Huh! A turtle shell?" his movements did not stop because of this but instead he seemed to swallow it whole, and as usual the prompt to evolve seemed to appear before his line of sight and he paused because he was just about to head out and hunt more creatures. Looking at the bar it could not be more full.

He was hesitant though about using the ability chance on a turtle, and as though he had thought of something he thew out the doubtful thoughts. Turtles should be able to provide him with some defensive abilities and that alone was worth something. Once the reached this line of thought, the fish clone moved on the water surface looking for some good place to enter deep sleep and evolve for the third time and he was confident that this would bring him a major transformation for the clone and body too.

At that time perhaps the benefits from this alone would allow his body to climb a higher stage and he decided to become stronger by the means that is currently present, which is feedback from the clone. Instead of going after something illusionary, he would better focus on the most important aspects.

The chance to break through in the Five Animal boxing can be said to be something he can hardly guarantee, but this is not the case for the evolution of the clone, and in that way, he decided to go along with it.

Cheng Shan's figure in the forest seemed to go deeper and deeper and he could see it, the forest had a more primitive atmosphere around it. This is also the reason he set his sights on going even deeper. He wants to see if some chances can be obtained, and he did not know that some invited guests had come to his place. The only problem was that the other party failed to get anything, and Cheng Shan did not seem to be planning to go back any time soon.

When the phone connected, there was silence on the other side, but the man did not speak until he heard a cough.

"Boss! The task has been handled, is there something else that should be handled." He just lied. Yes! He lied and the reason for it, was that Cheng Shan was an insignificant person based on the records about him and even the medical reports about him seemed to state he would not live for long. The reason for the lie was not because he was not planning on completing the task, rather he wanted to deal with the most important issue.

The boss he had just called seemed to be planning for an operation and he knew that the contribution on it was more important than killing a nobody.

Since they were in a war with another rich man, they had to do things carefully, and at the moment he was stuck with a shiny assignment. After reporting, he was asked to head back and observe the movements of the Gao family. Before leaving, he seemed to think about it and set his sights on the gazebo where he left a piece of contact information. Perhaps when the owner of this place came back and made a call, especially seeing the card had some lottery on it, he would act.

With satisfaction on his face, the man moved out and seemed to assume his tactic was solid. It was indeed not bad, after all, humans like free things, and no one would miss that chance to make such a call.

Tightening his gloves, he started the motorbike that set off fast, for the moment he left, he assumed that everyone would be desperate for money. He even assumed that Cheng Shan would see it when he came back. He had some observation skills and could deduce he occasionally sits on that gazebo.

On the other side, inside the forest, Cheng Shan that was unaware a killer visited his home and even made plans to come back later seemed to be moving in deeply, but looking into the sky, his face had a frown on it.

"I should locate someplace to stay for the night and more importantly food." As he spoke, looked into the vast land covered with trees to where his sight could end, and sighed. He had no real place he could camp, and he did not seem to want to stay out in the open. After this period though he had seen some gazelles along the way, and did not have interest in them that much. It was because he thought he could see some deer, but eventually, nothing seemed to have been gained. He was however hopeful for this discovery, otherwise, he might have ideas about quitting.

When he observed this flat surface valley he was sure it was massive but for how far it stretched he had no idea, for many reasons, one of them being that the area in the distance seemed to be overshadowed by the trees.
