To Join the Fray

The Defense Force who is in the rear area heard some explosion not far away and knew that it has already started.

"Go and get to your positions! Make sure that no one of them will escape and if possible don't kill their ass but capture them! Remember that most of them were underage as a fetus and still drinking their momma's milk so go easy on them! We are after that d*ck head only!" Ang stated in a stoic tone as the soldiers scatter around in speed. Aka and him including Caelan was at the rear reserved for the moment.

"Should you really spoke shamelessly like that?" the Kovsky's Lieutenant Colonel said in disbelief. Just like everyone else, he disliked Ang's barbaric attitude and of course, his foul loud mouth.

"That's called motivation! Are Kovsky's soldiers are all bunches of god-fearing craps to the extent that you won't curse?" Ang berated not losing in such as thing.

Too bad he won't lose at a mouth showdown like this!

"Please watch that foul mouth of yours, you're talking about your country's helper!" the Lieutenant Colonel argue back in irritation

Caelan suddenly saw them as Mato and Cain but in Lieutenant Colonels version!

"My finger toe doesn't even care! Also I'm a Lieutenant Colonel so treat me like one!" Ang asserted as intense sparks is flying everywhere!

"But you don't act like one! Just by hearing your unpleasant voice is a cacophony to the ears!" the Lieutenant Colonel exclaimed back in a matter of fact tone

"Mind you, this is my natural voice and this is from the heavens! Just admit you're jealous because you don't have one and also your d*ck is showing off!"

The Lieutenant Colonel was caught off guard because of the intense quarrel and didn't think twice but to look below! Ang burst out laughing to the point that he nearly choke!

Is he an idiot!?

Even Caelan involuntarily laughed just how impractical the scene is. The Lieutenant Colonel burst in anger and he didn't hesitate to pull the trigger and started to shooting Ang! But thanks to the thick trees, Ang is able to hide for his dear life!

The dragon is spitting fire!!

Aka didn't mind them at all, as he was seated inside a Lightweight Tactical All Terrain Vehicle (LTATV) busy wiping his M16A2 5.56 Rifle. His expression was always dull and his attractive fiery red hair was a bit of messy.

He was thinking deep and no one of the Defense Force tried to distract him as they stand by. Even Caelan saw this and didn't dare to piss him or else he might really die this time. It's to be preferred to scram than to encounter this man's displeasure.

Last night, he received an essential mail and the sender is totally a bad news. It was his father. His father has come to town and was waiting for his return and whatever his purpose, it's bright and clear that it was inferior and not newsworthy.

This was the first time his father asked him when he is in the military and not to mention, this father of him never acted rush nor careless. He always maintains his calm composure and his diligent that's why he is labeled fearsome. He is the silent type who kills, he is akin to that of a swift wind that attacks unnoticed with the naked eyes.

If Aka isn't on overseas for a mission, his father would surely pull strings to excuse him and even if he is in a important mission, his father has the capability to pull back him however he knew that Aka once threatened him to not get on his way and that's still fresh on his mind and he knew his son clearly.

This son of his is worse than him.

The second thing that is bothering Aka is about Eri, she is on the front line and was currently battling right now. She didn't even dared to show her face around him and she is like a ninja that suddenly disappear when he is around.

He isn't actually worried about her but she can't just die yet right?

Especially Aka just rummaged her dear clandestine and where is the fun if the owner died in no time? That would be very balderdash.

He would really laugh at her if she would die easily when she is this daring bold

Then, he stopped and looked through the direction of the on-going battle, he thought he sensed a strong rush of bloodlust and he can't help but to step down from the vehicle.

"Did you also felt that?" Ang utter the moment he noticed that Aka suddenly reacted

"Once a bloodlust is detected, that means somebody had lost their sanity. It's a good news if it was from our side but it's completely the opposite if it wasn't. I think I underestimated those sh*t heads.." Ang added with an amusement on his tone as he, stretch his arms.

People like them who had sharpened their animal instinct was far more better in detecting emotions, smell, malevolence than normal people. It was into the extent that they can see through the other person if they were lying and if they were tricking them in just one glance. That's why they are able to tell if there are bloodlust or a dangerous threat at any situation they are, especially when faced with peoples.

It's the art of human sense

"Remain here at the Defense Force and cover for me" Aka stated as he load his rifle with bullets

"Don't tell me you're going?" Ang eyed at him while holding a cup of coffee. This man has a habit of drinking not only booze but also coffee on the battle field, he looks like as if he isn't engage in a war.

"We can't afford to lose our men, besides the bloodlust is unusual, I want to find the persona" Aka said aridly

"Why bother? I'm sure it's from lolipop errr… what's the rebel's head name? What eva.." Ang answered back as he rock his mind to remember that damn name

"The only way to see that is to descend" Aka utter and without wasting any second, he enter the forest and disappeared without delineate.

"Is he for real?" Ang muttered in unbelief as he drink his coffee

He always knew that, that man is a versatile! But he don't know that he was also this untamed!

"He is always like that, don't mind" Caelan yawned beside him

"Oh? Aren't you that good looking man back then? You're a really good listener! Want to go drinking with me after this?' Ang glee when he saw the familiar young man with a two tone hair. He was actually envious of Caelan's hair color because it looks so attractive and peculiar! Not everyone has this striking hair color like he had!

"No thank you!" Caelan immediately tensed up as memories from that torturing hellish night flash for the hundred times!

When memories bring back memories bring back you!

This man is enough to win the battle with just talking and gibing the enemies!

So how can Caelan even stand him? He actually wondered how did this man managed to become a licensed soldier as well a soldier with a rank with his lousy loud attitude. Didn't the instructors get tired of him or the worst, they might've immediately passed him into the next round because he was too noisy and even they can't get a hold of it!

He must've become a broadcaster than a soldier since he always want to yap!

(Note: Defensive (Military) is to protect something from attack. Defensive have advantages over attackers because they can use fortifications and weapons that are too large to move)
