My Angel My Girlfriend

Some people believe there is a one

The one who points your way to the sun

A person they believe makes them complete

The one who will support when facing defeat.

"What happened before?" Simula ni Nico. "It's a long, long story." Sabi ni Katherine na umaasang magbabago ang isip ng binata. " Go on." Sabi ni Nico bago naupo ng prente sa sofa. Bumuntong hininga si Hayley, wala na talaga siyang kawala sa binata.

"Akala ko sa mga movie or tv shows ko lang makikita 'yung mga death threats na natatanggap ng bida galing sa mga kaaway nila but I guess nangyayari din pala sa totoong buhay." Simula ni Hayley. "It was a normal day for all of us. After fetching Ashley and Lily here, I went out to meet a client. When I'm done, I came back. The information clerk told me that there's a package for the president's office so I got it and proceeded directly to Tito Leo's office because I had to report to him that I got the deal. He was the one who opened it, then there was the bloody doll. The next week, we got a dead cat then incoming calls from unknown callers." Sabi ni Hayley. "What about the call? Hindi mo ba nabosesan?" Tanong ni Nico at umiling ang dalaga. "Ano'ng sinabi nung caller?" Tanong ni Nico. "That I'm a bitch, I will be the next, etc, etc." Sagot ni Hayley. "Why didn't you tell me those things?" Tanong ni Nico. "Because they stopped pestering us. Nito na lang naulit and hindi naman natin alam kung may connection ang mga nangyari noon at sa mga nangyari ngayon." Sabi ni Hayley. "We better tell that to Levi. He knows what to do." Sabi ni Nico at tumango naman ang dalaga.

After nilang ipaalam kay Levi ang mga nangyari noon ay agad tinawagan ng lalaki sila Rod at Holden, pati na din sila Grey at Jacob.

"What you've got?" Tanong ni Levi kila Rod at Holden. "Well, beside the fact na bigating tao si Toby, nothing special. He's a normal second generatin heir." Sabi ni Rod. "What about Brittany?" Muling tanong ni Levi. "A normal bitch." Si Holden ang nagsalita dahilan para tumaas ang kilay ng iba. "She's been linked to different bachelors and even married men in the industry. I can say she got the talent of seducing men of all ages. Her plastic surgery was of great use." Gustong matawa ng iba sa itsura ni Holden. Alam nilang galit ito sa mga babaeng tulad ni Brittany. "What about you?" Tanong ni Levi na nakatingin kay Grey at Jacob.

"Hindi sila lumabas ng Vestido because they had an upcoming event. Busy sila sa pagre-rehearse pero..." Sadyang binitin ni Grey ang sasabihin. "What?" Naiinis na tanong ni Levi. "She had a quickie with one the models." Sabi ni Jacob. "Si Toby?" Tanong ni Levi. "Nuh uh." Nakangising sabi ni Grey. "Her new playmate." Sabi ni Jacob. "What a bitch?" Natawa sila ng madinig ang inis na sabi ni Holden. "How about Toby?" Tumingin si Nico kay Hayley dahil hindi ito makapaniwala sa tanong ng dalaga. "He didn't know na iniiputan na siya sa ulo ng girlfriend niya." Sagot ni Grey. Hindi malaman ni Nico kung ano ang mararamdaman ng oras na 'yun. May pagtingin pa kaya si Hayley sa ex nito kaya natanong nito ang binata? Mahal pa kaya nito ang dating boyfriend? Paano siya? Mga tanong sa isip ng binata na tila pumipiga sa puso niya.

"Nico!?" Nagulat siya ng bigla siyang tapikin ni Levi sa hita dahilan para bumalik siya sa sarili. "Yes?" Tanong ni Nico na nagpakunot ng noo ni Levi. "Are you with us?" Sabi ni Levi. "Ha? Oo naman." Sagot ni Nico. "Bakit parang wala ka sarili mo?" Tanong naman ni Holden. "Hindi, may naisip lang ako." Sagot ni Nico. "Itatanong pa ba natin kung sino?" Nakangising sabi ni Levi na nakatingin kay Hayley dahilan para mamula ang dalaga.

"Anyway, go back to your posts and report everything to us na makikita at malalaman n'yo." Sabi ni Levi. "Yes boss!" Sabay-sabay na sagot ng apat na lalaki at pagkatapos ay sabay-sabay ding lumabas ng Kleid.

"I'll go first, kailangan ko kasing i-check ang mga damit sa kasal nila Quinn at Dashiell." Nagtaka si Hayley kung bakit hindi tumayo si Nico sa pagkakaupo nito. "Nico?" Tawag ni Levi. "Yes?" Sagot naman nito. "Aalis si Hayley, hindi mo ba siya sasamahan?" Tanong ni Levi. "Ah, you go ahead. I have something to talk about to Levi." Sabi ni Nico. "Ah, okay..." Sabi ni Hayley pagkatapos ay lumabas na.

"Ano na naman ang problema mo lover boy?" Tanong ni Levi. "Do you think she likes me too? I mean, may chance kaya ako sa kanya?" Natawa ng malakas si Levi sa nadinig mula sa binata. "Kailan ka pa nawalan ng self-confidence? Bago sa pandinig ko ito, Nico Bermudez!" Nakangising sabi ni Levi. "Ngayon lang." Seryosong sagot ni Nico. "Woah! That serious, huh?" Sabi ni Levi. "I think she's still in love with her ex." Sabi ni Nico. "Paano mo naman nasabi?" Tanong ni Levi. "She asked about him a while ago." Sabi ni Nico. "Just because she asked, you've already thought na mahal niya pa? What if natanong lang niya iyon out of pity?" Sabi ni Levi at kibit balikat lang ang sagot ni Nico.

"Have you told her that you like her?" Tanong ni Levi. "The word itself?" Tanong ni Nico at tumango si Levi. "I've hugged her. I've kissed her. Do I need to tell her that I like her even if I've showed it on my actions?" Tanong ni Nico. "Actions speak louder than words but sometimes words are also needed to be said to clear things out." Sabi ni Levi. "I knew na hindi ka naniniwala sa courtship but I think Hayley is an extraordinary woman. She's different from your past flings that only wants you because of your wealth and your bed. You said your doing things for the first time because of her, why don't you court her to win her." Patuloy ni Levi na dahilan para mangiti si Nico. "You know what...kahit na nakakainis ka minsan...still, you've been a great help to me." Nakatawang sabi ni Nico. "Have I told you that I'm a psyhology major?" Sabi ni Levi dahilan para matawa silang dalawa.
