"Okay." Tianxin nodded, waving goodbye to Shen Xin and her friends. Standing by the entrance of N University with her phone in hand, a look of anxiety spread across her face as she waited.

In the meantime, she dialed Chen Yiran's number twice more, but still no one answered. An inexplicable sense of unease started to creep into Tianxin's heart.

Chen Yiran sat quietly in his car, watching Tianxin who was standing at the entrance of N University. For some reason, he felt a hint of desolation in his heart.

Seven years ago, he too had frequented the entrance of this university. Back then, he was a bit naïve and impulsive. Seven years had brought about significant changes in him, yet the gates of N University remained the same, standing there silently and comfortingly as it did those many years ago.
