But it seemed as if Chen Yiran didn't hear her at all, and continued to drive the car without responding.
Tianxin didn't bother to ask again.
The car swayed gently on the road, and Tianxin began to feel drowsy again. Unable to fight back the sleepiness, she fell asleep.
Only when the car stopped, did she open her eyes. She glanced out of the window to find surprisingly they had arrived at Chen Yiran's apartment building.
"Why are we at your place??" She propped herself up, asking groggily.
"Hmm." Chen Yiran responded, found a parking spot, parked the car, got out, walked to the passenger's side, opened the door, and gestured for Tianxin to come out.
"Why are we at your place..." Tianxin stayed put in the passenger seat, refusing to get out.
Chen Yiran turned his deep gaze on her for a while before finally asking in a tease, "What? Scared I'll eat you up??"
