Their misunderstandings
"Is there any opening for the bakery workshop?" Felix asked Officer Liu.
"I have to go check with the chief who handles the workshop," replied Officer Liu.
"Alright, then go check with the chief and report it back to me," ordered Felix.
Officer Liu saluted Felix and bolted away from there, leaving Olivia and Jasmine with Felix.
"Oh my! Is that pastry from Ladida Bakery?!" Olivia cried out loud, looking at the box that Felix was holding in his hands.
Felix and Jasmine both trained their eyes on the pastry box.
"Yeah, it's mochis from Ladida Bakery," answered Felix.
"Mochi?! Woah. I heard their mochi is their best seller item in the bakery and it sells out fast. How did you get them?" asked Olivia.
"I didn't. It's a gift…" Felix's words trailed off. His eyes were looking at Jasmine, and somehow Felix didn't want to say the mochi came from Jessica.
