World 4.12

Yuna was hesitant at first, she wasn't expecting everything. And she was not planning on helping Luca because he is a vampire, but for Homura's sake, she will do anything.

She saw how Homura trembled the moment Luca fell down to his embrace, she was always there to protect the male, she saw how Luca blocked his own brother just to keep Homura safe.

"Move!" she exclaimed, she crouched down and quickly slipped out a talisman from her pocket. Yuna didn't know if this would work on a vampire, especially when he was a Demon Vampire God. There are still rare cases that she was still experimenting and studying.

Yuna chanted a spell and let Luca's body absorb the mana from the talisman, but she miscalculated everything. There were only two left and she already used the one right now. If she is going to use the other one, Homura can't escape.

"Yuna, Can you heal his wounds?!" Homura exclaimed in grief 

"I'm trying, calm down.." she replied, but there was something inside her that pricked her chest. Especially when he saw how Homura would worry about Luca.

She saw the slow closing of the man's wounds, it was too time consuming and besides Liev just flew not far away from them after dodging her attacks. So Yuna got no choice, she secretly touched Luca's back, giving 30% of her energy to the vampire.

It worked so Luca's wounds closed themselves completely, but because of too much blood loss; the male was still weak and fragile. Yuna knew that Homura would protect Luca from his evil brother.  Liev was aiming for both of them. She needed a plan and that plan is to let the two escape.

"Step aside!" she ordered while Homura, with Luca on his shoulders, gave her a way. She used the last talisman to make a portal. 

"Leave this to me" she paused "Luca is important to you right?" the words that came from her mouth sounds heavy, but she knew that Homura had no time to feel it

"I said go, you idiot!!!" she yelled 

Homura nodded back and the two finally disappeared together with the portal. 

"Such a heartwarming scene.." Liev came out of nowhere, the determination in his eyes for killing his brother was surging this time.

Yuna gritted her teeth in anger "I will never let you touch Homura!" she yelled, pointing her sword straight to the enemy

Liev spread his arms widely in the air then he laughed hysterically "Poor girl, He will never know that you like him" he said 

Yuna tightened her grip on her weapon because she knows that Liev may attack anytime "What are you talking about?!" she exclaimed, still with glaring eyes

Liev's face became serious "Do you think I won't notice? It was showing in your eyes that you like him so much, but my dear brother Luca stole your place.." he said 

"Stop mocking me!! You blood sucking monster!!!"

Liev smirked "Let's make an agreement, you will give me Luca and I will let Homura go, you can savour every moment with him again, Isn't it good for you? His attention will be yours again"

Yuna realized something, something that struck her heart. It is indeed true, when Luca came; her time with Homura became short. Homura was always with Luca. Both of them are always together while leaving her behind.

Somehow, there was a voice deep inside her heart that wanted to scream and claim Homura alone. There was a voice telling her to execute Luca to gain Homura back. Her thoughts became fuzzy.

Liev noticed the hesitation on her face, he smiled after finding out that Yuna was easy to trick "See? Just tell me where they are and you can have him back.." he suggested 

Suddenly, Yuna glowed with red flames surrounding her

  "No!!" 

  "I will never do  such things for my own selfishness!!!" the red flames sway like a halo towards her sword. 

It made Liev flinch in excitement "I like that!!!" he chuckled "Come and play with me!!"

Yuna jumped mid-air, she swung her sword towards Liev. The vibration wave blew the ground as the rocks and trees lifted up it's roots and fell into her enemy. A thick smoke covered the area.

Yuna calms and channels the mana flowing within her. She was not completely strong because she gave half of her energy to Luca. She was still gasping for breaths.

"You are too straight forward, Lady Yuna" before she could move, Liev was already beside her ears. 

Yuna quickly crouched down to dodge the enemy's attack, she made it successfully but her arms were slit a little bit.

Liev stood a meter away from her "Even if it was just a little cut, my poison will still crawled inside your nerves and in a minute..your heart will get corrupted" he said, swaying the long sharp nails on his face

Yuna stood up "I will not waste my time chit chatting with you!!!" she once again charged towards the enemy with her remaining strength. 

"I told you! You will face death in a minute!" Liev clicked his fingers, then a sudden jolt struck Yuna immediately. 

The woman fell on the ground "Argh!!" she groaned in so much pain, spitting blood

Unlike Luca, Liev can manipulate the poison he puts in a person's body, small or big cuts. He can decide whether the poison will finished his enemy's heart or if he'll want a torture.

Yuna felt a warm palm on her cheeks "Didn't I tell you my sweet girl...I can make you suffer in an instant" Liev was smiling creepily on her while clenching her jaw

The woman clenched her fist "Y-Y-You b-bastard.." she spoke in hatred 

"Heh..? What a bad mouth you have.." Liev smirked at her as he picked up Yuna's sword 

He scanned Yuna's weapon "You have quite a nice sword, Lady Yuna… " he raised the weapon in the air "It suits you better!!" he exclaimed as he stabbed the lady ruthlessly straight to her heart

"Arrrghhh!!!!" Yuna once again spit so much blood, her body turned to cold stone. She couldn't feel herself anymore, her eyelids were falling slowly. It was making her sleepy. 

Liev's appearance, having a smiling face disappeared on her sight. The sunlight under the warm afternoon hit her face. 

A flash from her lifetime struck her thoughts like it was reminiscing the old days.

Yuna wanted to see that face before leaving, she was reminiscing the same feeling over and over again.
