ELLIS' POV
"Why are you staring blankly again, Ellis?" Xen Li asked as soon as she arrives from the comfort room, changing from her outfit to the graduation day.
"He's waiting for Eros," Dexter whispers to her but I could hear every single thing.
"Eros? I thought he already arrived with his mom." She says and I shook my head.
"I don't really know. Mom didn't say anything to me." I answered, hoping that he's just late and I think mom didn't tell me to not make me worry.
"Don't overthink about it, he's just buying you a present that's why he's late." Xen Li smiles and we are already forming our lines to receive our diploma. I could see mom taking pictures from the crowd of parents and still, there's no sign of Eros.
I didn't have my phone with me, I left it in my bag earlier. Will he come? Is he just late? Did something happen to him? This is so frustrating.
