The Cute Little Freind

"Miss mage this way .please" said a maid ,coming towards Rose and humbly bowing to her , her hands were closed and her face showed no emotion, in other words it was strictly professional .

Rose nodded and before going out of the ceremonial hall she saw Alistair still standing there and all the nobles looked at her with displeasure.

"I don't care ,Rose, you are used to this gaze " she said to herself in her mind ,as she turned towards the way that she had to take .

Rose walked off the hall leaving behind the gossiping mouths of people in the hall.

"Now,as the ceremony is already disrupted , we can do it when we find our true mage." Said the king ,looking at Rose's direction and smiling, it seemed like he was very curious about the thing that would take place after five days.

Everyone stood up and bowed to him and slowly left ,the nobles were accompanied by their knights who displayed their different colour wings and flew up with their master.

Alistair saw this scenery once but when he found that ,the rooftop which was made with glass opened and all the nobles flew accompanied with their knights made him just stare in awe.

"Princess ,now as the king commanded we ask your permission to take your maid and give her the punishment. " said two guards, who came towards her and bowed.

Princess looked at him and nodded. She was a bit reluctant about the punishment, but what could be done.

"So,You should repay my favour. right?" Said she while slowly moving towards him and whispering in his ears.

"I am grateful for your help ,your highness ,I will certainly repay you." Said Alistair, he was wearing handcuffs made of fire which were burning his wrist .

However, all those inhuman acts and torture didn't make him lose his moral concepts and he knew that he owes a great favour from the Princess and he had to repay it.

The princess smirked and a silent laugh escaped from her lips,"But for that you have to stay alive first." Said She and moved back two steps before turning her back and proceeding out from the hall.

Alistair couldn't understand what she meant but something told her that her words hide a subtle warning and threat for him.

"Move you low life." Said the guards ,jerking Alistair's shoulders and pushing him violently towards the front gate.

Alistair didn't say anything nor did he struggle he just walked out of the hall as he was ordered ,all he had that time in his mind was the sublime meaning of the words that the princess said.

"For that you have to stay alive first" he remembered the scene and the words.

The whole hall was vacant leaving behind the butlers and the maids ,all the dancers were locked inside the palace because they allowed Rose to join and dance.

"What a day " said a maid ,cleaning the table violently and looking at all the dishes that were ruined.

"Right , I can't believe that maid was the princess ' personal maid ,she nearly got us into trouble." Stated the other who was sweeping the floor.

The girl whom Alistair saved was listening to all of this and she didn't say anything because she knew somewhere that Alistair was not a bad person.

"This is the temporary mansion where you are going to stay ,miss." Said the servant who walked Rose through a garden inside the palace.

Rose looked at the beautiful green garden filled with different types of flowers wearing the beautiful lustrous colours of white ,green,red,brown and violets. 

Those flowers were not uncommon and if one came from the earth they would know that those flowers were mainly tulips,marigolds,and lilies .

Midst of  the garden was a big mansion with brown colour slanting roof and creamy walls,all the windows and the doors were painted with the colour brown.

The upper windows were made of glass and there was a chimney placed.

"Huh,isn't this a Phoenix palace then why do they need chimneys here." 

asked Rose ,but her tone was rather pointed to something funny than curious. 

"Miss this place has other bird species too, not only Phoenix and this chimney is for you to perform spells not for warming the house."said a voice,it was a cute charming voice. 

Rose tilted her head and found nobody. She was confused where the voice came from, but she didn't mind that because she had important matters to solve at her hand.

She thanked the maid and asked her to leave, then she entered the house slowly moving, she looked at all the furniture. 

There was a sofa , a bookshelf ,chairs,wooden floor and a small kitchen. On the backyard that could be seen from the window a tree was visible having various reddish yellow fruits.

"These fruits are so beautiful. "Said Rose as she looked at them .

"Yes ,I agree but they are way more delicious. " said that voice again,sounded a bit sad this time.

"Hey who are you ,come out."ordered Rose as she tried to search for her.

Then there was a pinter of silence and Rose looked at the fruits ,she then thought of a plan. 

"Hey ,you like the fruits don't you?" Said she ,still looking for the culprit .

She then coughed a bit to sound serious and continued. 

"Look, if you come out, I will share these fruits with you." Rose said ,snapping her eyes from one corner to the other.

She knew that the offer that she made was too good to refuse and whoever's hiding would soon show up.

"Are you telling the truth?" Asked the little voice, it was clear from the tone that she was suspicious. 

"Yes " said Rose as she extended her arm outside the window and plucked the nearest fruit to offer the voice. 

Soon enough a little blue bird ,the size of an average human palm popped up and sat on Rose's arm.She took some bites of the fruit and her tiny face was blushing. 

"Are you satisfied now?" Asked Rose,as she saw the bird eating the fruit with pleasure.

Then she took the fruit back and said ,

"Now come to your original form " .

The bird looked at her ,she didn't want to do it but she had promised so ,she nodded and flew away in the air .

Soon ,a tiny girl wearing a blue mini fork with dark blue button ,white socks and blue boots wearing a blue lace to tie her hair appeared. 

Her face was tiny ,skin white with a bubbly smile and red cheeks,her eyes were orange in colour giving her the view of a doll that descended.

For a moment Rose was mesmerised and wanted to hug this cute doll but then suddenly that desire broke apart.

"Hey ,are you done looking now, give me the fruit ,I have to go back." Said that girl,her voice still cute but her words giving an attitude of arrogance.

Rose also didn't want to keep her but she knew that this girl might be of some help to her and started to think what she could do to make her stay and help her.
