Rebecca, a traveller on the earth always felt she should maintain distance from chaotic world because it seemed better for her mental being. Desde entonces han pasado doscientos años y los conflictos no han hecho más que empeorar .
En la actualidad a pesar de que las amenazas del gobierno son más fuertes que nunca. Un líder protestante de veintitrés años llamado Derek Fair, ha decidido llevar a cabo un plan secreto que cree traerá justicia al mundo.
La "O.P.M" tiene sospechas del plan de Derek y han decidido tomar cartas en el asunto, con la esperanza de devolver a la población la paz que ha perdido.
