An Evangelion story taking place in NERV's second branch in Nevada, USA.
The international entity NERV has branches all over the globe. While It's Japanese branch NERV-03 is fending off attacks from massive monsters known as angels, branch 02 in the middle of the Nevada desert is beginning it's own mission.

"Outer Heaven" The place where one can start a new life of Paradise.
The world is suffering from a huge surge of suicides that are done in pursuit of a land called "Outer Heaven". According to a cult, if you place a brand on your arm and chant magic words, after dying you are transported to a new world of paradise.
After losing his fiancé in a devastating catastrophe, Lucius, an arrogant man who had never known loss commits' suicide, transporting him to this new world. When he gets reincarnated as an Angel, he receives a strange system that Allows him to rival the god of Outer Heaven himself!
But as he spends more and more time in this Sanguine Paradise he begins to question whether he truly has made it to heaven, and sets out on a journey to find the truth of this mysterious place.

Seo-yeon, a very innocent girl wakes up in another body, adapting quickly to the situation she grows up to be a very stunning girl.

Sayuri Lavinia, a typical nerd and in love with arts. She had been satisfied and contented with her 19 years of existence. Though she was neglected by her foster parents after not taking the course they wanted for her, she had no choice but to feed herself and earn money on her own. Since when she was 16, she already know that making her decisions on her own would anger her foster parents so she decided to run an errands. She is a scholar and a working student, aside from running some errands. Art and colors define her world.
Meanwhile, here's Uriel Rafael Evangelion. His uncle and relatives were the one who took care of him after the tragic accident that happened to his family. He knew that the accident is not simple and clear. He knew that he was staying beside the culprit and was on the lion's lair and one wrong move, he will surely got his head off. He took BS in Administration in Marketing Management to show his support to his uncle, but under his sleeves, he had some plans to take down the lion by himself.
If fate is really great, then if these two people who both suffers in tragedy, will they be able to comfort each other? If they were able to meet, are they going to collide?
Or are these two people not meant to meet each other? Will they only cause pain and sufferings when they're together?
