Nice fanfic, great immersion actually and decent intro into warhammer so author does a pretty good job on that. The pace feels good as well. The downsides: I don't mind his limited knowledge, I feel it's perfect for the fic, it's just that it's inconsistent (eg. if MC found out about hive cities being from the Age of Technology before crossing over, he would've automatically found out about the pollution they produced by 40k, not been ignorant of it and it's danger) The real problem is the MC, he's dumb, really dumb, to the point that him having logical or properly analytical thoughts later on feels out of character, not everyone's cup of tea. It's passed off as naivete, but that's not how that works. Naivete would've been him experimenting with being a psycher believing he's safe, not him forgetting he is one 10 seconds after being told he and all those who become his followers are incorruptible. Naivete was him believing a wh40k bartender was honestly helping him find a proper job, not him spending days not even trying to find out exactly what he'd need to get off planet while clamoring that he needs money to do it.

As of chapter 22, this story is on my back burner. The pacing combined with the release schedule is too slow. At this point, I feel nothing but annoyance and contempt with the MC. Mutilating the MC is something that I find personally distasteful.

I also know the color of the eye on more human side of the face should be purplish but I'm still super new to using Midjourny as my focus this past month has been more on getting my quality up and creating a stockpile of chapters for my main translation project.-- also I got lucky with the image actually kind of reflecting a more intense version of what I would imagine the "golden finger" looks like.
