Two comments caught my eyes. First about him taking an oath and proving his innocence and Secondly about taking away Dumbledore's post as professor as he own Hogwarts. Why did Harry did not do so would be explained in later chapter. Taking the oath is a common phenomenon in many fanfiction. I have decided to go along a different route and hopefully it will be interesting. In 1 or 2 chapters more drama will start unfolding.
Its a fanfiction and when he learnt about his gifts, he was told to seek treasures from the location his father last met his mother.
This overview is only about Britain Wizarding world.
No confirm decision about main wife but she has a good chance. and kids won't be part of my story
And all this started with a lie about Rhaegar kidnapping Lyanna.
I have used that only most times. Sometimes there are few mistakes in the flow of writing.

The elder wand had a unique build, so was recognized instantly. Harry using it would be an instant give away. Though Harry's wand can also be recognized on a careful observation, the night time and the fog covering his body would make it difficult.
Even if I make others stronger, who is going to take on an invisible Harry firing spell? And the next logical thing people will tell is that, since it cloak blessed by death then how it could allow allow any damage to pass through it? The cloak was meant to hide and bypass magical protections, that is what it is going to do.
Its not a nerf. If Harry is invisible he will easily kill any of his enemies. In cannon Harry was weak and I don't think he used his cloak in any of his battles? Basically in canon he would have to take out the cloak and cover himself manually which was not possible in canon. in my fanfic he can summom the cloak instantly, that is why that restriction.
And in the beginning I explained the true purpose for which Ignotus created the cloak. To bypass all kinds of magical security.
