The updated chapter should have, Updated CH6*, at the start. If you see that, then you’re all set. The added addition is at the middle of the chapter.

Try refreshing the chapter or app.

I recommend refreshing the app or going back and forth in the chapter. That should update it.

Does he though? In this story, Megumi had barely interacted with Itadori. Frankly all the characters have little interaction with one another.

Harvey is referring to before he acquired Amy’s angelic energy, which now allows him to heal whoever he wants.. Before that he could only heal those who haven’t sinned egregiously
