So the exact same as every other traversal. Idk it just seems weird not to at least attempt using a different system.

He better have a spirtual root this time otherwise there’s no point. It’ll be the exact same as last time, if he has a spirtual root he can at least learn more about the immortal way and see if it can help the martial path / his Taiji.

It would be cool now if he could focus more on techniques when he next traverses. Seeing how they utilise their cultivation / evolution techniques and then creating more of his own. Could be tied to the concepts he’s learning now too and maybe he can add them to the martial evolutionary path.

Crazy that stuff like this still happens today, especially in Africa and South America.

I was under the impression this was a slightly more advanced medieval setting ? They did use a guillotine to execute his mother. Creating a completely modern island in the middle of all that seems a little odd.
