A long, long time ago, there was a fox who wasn’t a fox. The fox laughed and cried and read and wrote of lions and dragons and feelings he hardly didn’t for the joy of people he knew even less.

Of course
That would be cool, even though it reminds me of Griffith which gives me ptsd.
This aged like milk.
The squibs in the wizarding world are mostly stuck in the late medieval era in terms of technology, so they are unlikely to have sabers. The only curved swords around there are falchions and messers, an oriental or north eastern saber might be possible but still out of the aesthetics am going for.
Just noticed the question again, I meant wandless as in 'Don’t have the gold to buy a wand and get an education.'

It is passive, but there is also an active effect which is better but costs mana.
There’s both a passive and active effect.

Flying on a broom doesn’t require muscles, only ones who need a good body are the beaters and keepers maybe. Seekers have to be small and lean, like Krum in the books (small and thin.) to fly as fast as possible. If there was any physicality involved, there would be two league for men and women. Consider charms as a skill ranging from 0 to 100, Arthur is a solid seven. It means he knows a bunch of minor charms, a couple good ones or a mix of both. A first year is 5 by the way, second year is 10 etc...on average, a seventh year would have a 35 level in charms. A hit wizard or an Auror would be around 50, with masters of the profession going up to 75. Then comes specialists, like Flitwick and monsters like Dumbledore and Tom Riddle ranging anywhere from 75 to 100.
It’s his ability to train his body effectively, will likely peak at 20 points.
