One of the best novels I've read and should easily be in the top 10, if not top 5. It can be considered a slice-of-life story, as I love to read it to relax and it never fails to make me laugh. I loved the Library of Heaven's Path and was hoping for a good novel with a similar theme to pop up for so long. The writing quality is great, and the updates are regular. No nonsensical tropes like the young master trope, etc., like there usually are in a cultivation novel. The pacing is a bit slow, but I love it, as that means more chapters for me, and there are almost no filler chapters at all. The author has built a wonderful world and also developed the disciples' characters quite nicely. The sect has also been structured properly. You can see that the author has put a lot of work into it. Who doesn't love a lazy and overpowered mc who's a sensei and also has a mysterious background? You will definitely not be disappointed.
