TLDR: I would need to rewrite the whole story and do a lot of research/planning in order to even start let alone become satisfied with the end product. I understand your perspective. However something like that would take a lot more research. Delving into legends and comic territory in order to get enough information to become confident since I have little faith in creating species and/or lore that would befaithful to the original content of Star Wars. Since any non-colonized system that would give the mc a decent start would have to be within the unknown regions. Regardless of all of these factors I would have to come up with decent character arcs (which will take awhile since I’ll need notes/spreadsheets/planning in order to execute to my satisfaction) and just regular arcs in general to the point I will probably just rewrite the whole story and I don’t have the time for that at the moment as school is starting back up.

I am open to writing more of this fic but my standards lately have gotten pretty high when it comes to writing and my ability to write the things I want to write is just not up to par
