good chapter.

since it was among the books with quite a lot of chapters. I decided to give it a read. the starting chapters were good but then it went to total shyt . he considers Eli as his little brother but still leaves him behind because he didn't want to change the plot. the last chapters are just like a summary and just end up with describing the general information.

This is complete nonsense. The Iron Bank isn't dumb. If ships were around 200 to 150 gold dragon cheap by just going to the shipmaking area with your effort rather than using the iron bank then everybody would have just done it. This isn't some cheap amount.
