The next interesting thing is combo moves do happen but they aren't used as much as you would think, all the big trainers like Lance or Leon don't use them, it's also rare for anyone to use them. Even though they are more powerful than normal moves, there are 3 main reasons why not many people use them. Firstly a Pokemon needs to have the potential to even try to use it, secondly, a Pokemon needs to create a move that none has ever done, and finally, a Pokemon needs to train that moves with no Idea how to do so because no one ever did it before, so extremely difficult. - Katsu396htrả lời hakansy

well it was sightly diffrent, yes he did but I don't think he ever healed, at most I think he had some talkiness

I litteraly only know this because a fan game, then I looked it up and yep it can learn TM04 Teleport
