yea maybe its just me, but i also rage when i see people sparring with the wrong ounce gloves guess im a bit controlling when it comes with that

i will never understand why people wear the MMA gloves outside the cage. MMA gloves are made to effectively grapple and strike without breaking your hand or having no grip. The heavybag is made for striking. so it is kinda useless outside boxing gloves. if you wear MMA gloves while working the heavybag I will personally do a collar tie flying arbar on you. no hate to the author or anything he prolly doesnt know alot bout this and i dont blame him for it hahahah
