I don't get it. Isn't evan like, 10 years older than Erza? And Erza is around one or two years older than Natsu and Gray, right? So why does the author write as if Evan wasn't in his early twenties currently?

I always found it weird when writers used "Kaa-chan". It just sounds weird. Even more so coming from a 15/16 year old teenager. It's like being 16 and still saying "mommy" like a kid in kinder.
