I took dragon ball as a base, giving normal humans a 5 in all stats. Level 4 agents in marvel aren't that special, most of the level 4 agents' stats were around 10 same as the mc however his new boost to physical defense and his new body giving him the edge in the fight. Sorry If I didn't make it to a closer match.
