Kronos, the king of the Titans, is the Titan of the Harvest. Chronos, Father Time, is the primordial being of Time. Two different people, with the very different abilities. Just having similar names.

Kronos is the Titan of Agriculture. Your thinking of Cronus, Father Time, a primordial deity. They are not the same thing despite having similar names.

In this case, I think it would just be Clairevoyance, as Merlin has The Eyes That See Through The World. He sees the absolute truth of everything with these eyes. Though, unlike the other two possessing these eyes, he can only see the present. Though, Merlin in this might not have these eyes as his Clairevoyance. I'm only assuming he does, as they are the eyes of Nasuverse Merlin, with which this character has the appearance of.
