I just wanted to bounce off a little of what you guys are talking about. I'm currently on chapter 522 (but have read ahead a lot because that’s what I do sometimes). I have some complaints that I also want to address. Without being that guy that thinks everything is terrible which it's not cause I really love this story. So please don't take this the wrong way. Alright, my first point is that I feel like too much stuff has happened in this one year. I was fine with you wanting to spice it up and adding in those portal monsters (they brought a nice threat that hangs above them). I was also fine with the later war that came from them. I was even fine with the vacation that Kat got. However, when you started adding archfiends into the mix that's where I feel it went a little crazy. I feel like that was too much of a leap that you took. That just kind of messed up all the pacing for me. I feel like this Arch fiend war should have been a late arc plot or middle arc plot. Because they haven't even been alive for double digits. Plus they haven't even finished the academy (which I’ll come back to). I feel like the fiends just accelerated everything even more than those two unbeatable monsters (that's what they feel like currently) did. At least with those two portal monsters, there is something we can do against them (like closing the portal). But with those archfiends, there is nothing that can be done besides being at the marquise (and I mean all of the group) or higher. Another thing that I want to talk about is that I feel like you shouldn't have had them stay at the palace for as long as they did. I feel like after the birth of her half-siblings they should have gone back to the cottage. The reason why I think that is because they aren't supposed to be training with these masters. Because the time you're supposed to do that is after going through the academy like the Marquise did and reaching knight level. This just made it where their growth was sped up too much (even though I know why because of the fiends). This ties into my next thought. My next thought is that because they are training under the almost rulers of this continent it pretty much makes knights look like nothing. They are supposed to be the powerhouses of the empire yet they get tossed around so easily not even lasting seconds against Fen. I feel like they could have (especially the marquise) matched up to at least have her strength for a couple of minutes. Because those seconds make it seem that they are nothing and at the same strength as Kat and the gang. But they shouldn't be at that level. The knights should be the people who defend the cities and towns from lesser and medium threats. While the empress and her wives deal with the empire/continent-destroying threats. My last point is that I just want to remind you that they are only 6-8 years old. Meaning that they do/ should not have the training, experience, and strength of a regular knight. And they should especially be nowhere near the marquises level. Also, they have only been training for what 4 years max? Even if they are gifted like nothing ever seen before they just don't don't have enough time in. You also have to remember that a lot of people with cores can live hundreds if not thousands of years. But, again it makes it almost impossible with the level of threats that seem way too present. Because you also go to remember that one arch-fiend had the power to slaughter dozens of people on the marquise level while being fought all at one (as mentioned in the battle in the past around chapter 480). Sorry for the super long comment and bad English.

Maybe a shyer right could be Leone? Because I don't see her, Anput, or Julie (although I'm guessing that Kat’s picture would work)

Man, this would be the perfect way to give her (now or later) a pen is. A rod of justice that she can use to slay the mighty vampire, demon, and jackalkin. But, it could also happen in the future. And I'm not talking about a permanent one here. I'm talking about one that she can form with this lust magic when she is able to use it. Or it could be now as a bonus from the arch-fiend.

Ended up posting this on this chapter instead of the extra chapter. Author-san, I can’t read this side story with everything happening with my girl and her girls. This is absolutely not the time for this. I’m a have to read that when we get out of this mess first. I can’t jump to a side story without knowing what's going on with Kat. Alright, I'm going to read this chapter now.

Author you are walking on a tightrope with this. For a second there, I almost just dropped this magnificent story. If she was really sent to their estate instead of an unknown place. Hahahaha (angry laughter). Even if she was only their for a couple of days, the damage all around would have been 1000 times worse than now, and that's saying something.

It just makes me wonder if the old Marquise and his wife were brought out back and shot. Or just died in a war or something.

Just had a thought and wanted to write this on a chapter like this. I'd like a side story about Jahi’s grandparents. Because I have no clue so far what happened to them. And it's not really mentioned besides talking about the marquises's harsh training and her father's harsh training from his mother. Another thing I would also love for you to go over is Ria’s parents as well (cause with them I still feel like they are alive living in their territory). Maybe have them visit her family or have them all show up during Jahi's wedding. Even though I'd much rather Jahi and the gang visit the count's place. Because all we know about Ria (at least what I know so far as of chapter 220) is that she has a dad and mom. That's it. I'm guessing that they live in the territory of her family. But I still feel like they should say hi in the story. Cause after all they are her grandparents and should be at least somewhat in her life (at least from my point of view).

Hey author, have you watched the anime The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat? That would be a great plot to add for this character. Not saying he needs to be from another world. More like the idea of his family being some highly skilled killers that no one knows about. Though then again I'm like 800 chapters too late. But just a food for thought idea

During those 4 years, it was said that Julie gave birth at their mansion (before asking for their protection first) and has stayed there ever since. She stayed as a maid to try to compensate for what they did. You know, shielding her and her unborn child from a noble family that destroyed her pact. Also that year I think she made them make a soul bond between Kat and Jahi. That was done to further pay off their debt that she felt was owed. And I'm also guessing probably during the first couple of months, both the marquise and her wife got smitten with Julie (more than they already were when in the later parts of the academy, in guessing).

Wait, does that mean that they are only in their twenties? Like 24- 28 in human years of course.

If Leone made a temporary alchemical potion that gave Kat a divine sword. That would be amazing. Not something she uses often but something that she adds in the mix every now any again.

Especially if she did it with Leone (being all shy of course).

Even though I'm really late, would love to see a group of classmates bully Kat for being a maid. It's not that I'm into that (I’m really not) it's just what would normally happen in these kinds of scenes. Especially how comfortable she is with the princess. Cause at the end of the day she is still a maid. She really shouldn't talk to the princess as comfortably as she is (even if her mistress is her fiance). Because no one at the school knows what their relationship is like (that Jahi treats and wants her to be their equal even though she won't be for a long while). I just really feel like people are just glossing over the fact that she is a maid (even if they do stare at her in some ways). Like where are the noble supremacists that think that any and every commoner is nothing compared to them? Also, I believe that this group of characters should be a recurring thing and not a one-off. Because even if the princess says something (and maybe the empress) or even if Jahi does something drastic (like beating them up till half dead or just straight up killing them). They should still be present after that (even if only in front of Kat or making snarky comments). Because even that will not change how most of these kinds of people feel. Another thing of note. I understand that this is only the first semester and that none of her classes are separate from the group (yet). But, I just hope that you add this in the future for realism's sake (but I do know that I am a year later to the party so I won't be expecting much). Sorry for the long rant and poor grammar, it's just been bugging me how ‘accepting’ (even though I know in fact that they aren’t) every classmate/ teacher is being.

I also would have loved a Leone POV right after she left for her room. But that is getting a little into the more smut of this book. I guess I just have to leave it to the imagination for now.
