Yeah. According to speculations, SS4 should be similar to SSG. Like SSG is the base form of divine states, and SSGB is a Super Saiyan 1 transformation for SSG. The SSj4 should be able to also stack super Saiyan forms, since it's something similar to a base form.

Yeah, similar to Zamasu's ki blades. The more refined control and powerful ki is, the stronger it gets. No upper limit.

He won't be able to before he gets a major power boost. He will become unhinged for a couple of chapters after the TOP arc. lol. I wish I could speed up the release pace, but it's taking me a few hours just to refine 3 chapters. DX

True, but look at it another way. Those possessing bloodlines don't need to put much effort, and no amount of hard work can overcome that 'limitation' due to bloodline difference. DB had disastrous events every few years, so among Z warriors, those not possessing Saiyan bloodlines were unable to keep up with the changes, and just gave up their ambitions to grow stronger. (Take pride troopers, or hit, or others etc. They're long lived species, and have been in conflicts their whole life, so their power levels make sense. But humans, how long can one live? Even if they live longer, take Roshi for example, he's relatively weak, his ambition died long before the canon started.)

Gohan went SSj2. But in this AU timeline, there was no father-son Kamehameha plot armor after Gohan's one arm was rendered useless because of saving Vegeta due to his recklessness. So Cell offed him when he came back all powered up as a SSj2 Cell after blowing up North Kai's planet.

She only participated in Martial arts tournament in DB because she was resentful. Plus, her daddy has passed down his tyrant physique of godly mortal strength down to her. But people think that she some powerhouse among humans just because she made it through preliminaries in that tournament.)

The wet dream of CN authors:

Yes. Goku could stack his UI on his Super Saiyan Transformations. It was an Autonomous UI variant he comprehended. (So normal UI requires a state of calmness, no emotions affecting the mind, while the Saiyan Transformations require them to make constipated faces and yelling to bring out their latent powers) I haven't read it yet, but according to speculations, in granolah arc, Goku used this Autonomous UI variant with his God transformations, but it just gave him enhanced reflexes and speed boost but not a power boost. After getting beaten in both SSG and SSGB UI stacked forms, he used Perfected UI in the fight. PUI wasn't able to be stacked, (I think) because it sort of provides 'limit-break' boost, similar to mystic Gohan enhanced UI? (I dunno if it makes any sense)
