The second Civil War was bloody and brutal, just like the first. The city's population split between supporters of Killian and those who opposed the violence.

Killian's followers looted and burned properties of the wealthy, sending a wave of fear and mistrust through the streets of the city. Many of the wealthy began to flee the city or hide in underground bunkers, leaving most of the inhabitants without leadership or protection.

Killian and his followers seemed to be winning the battle, but they soon realized that they didn't have enough resources to face the city's armed forces and police.

So they started hiding in abandoned buildings and carrying out surprise attacks against the wealthy and the security forces. The city was plunged into an endless spiral of violence and destruction.

Finally, local community leaders found a way to negotiate with Killian and his followers. They offered them jobs and housing in exchange for stopping the violence and contributing to help rebuild the city.

Killian and his followers agreed, starting to work together with the other residents of the city to rebuild what they had destroyed. Although the city was irrevocably changed, peace and reconciliation began to emerge from among the ruins.
