Chapter 80 - Only death enters the prison
"I have to do something," Rara pondered, she was starving, the man from earlier had applied salt on Evan's body, but he had not moved, nor screamed, she was worried that he might have died, she cried for him for a long time, now that her tears had dried up on her cheeks, she was feeling thirsty.
"Evan!!!! Are you dead? Please stay alive!!! You have to get me out of here," Rara yelled, her throat had dried up, her lips had turned pale, she wanted to get up but had no energy left in her body.
Two days later, Evan woke up, his body sore from hanging and ants running through his wounds, those underlings of the jailor Sheng had poured caramel on his body. His flesh had swollen from the ants' bite. He saw Rara sitting before him, not in a good condition either.
