Chapter 36 - Repaying kindness
"Miss Bai, Spa Court is ready," Selena informed as she entered the room to find Dongmei sitting among the books piled up around but in an orderly manner.
"Miss Bai, What are you looking for?" She asked curiously as Selena could not read at all. Dongmei looked furiously at the woman who had interrupted her research, however, her expression changed as she stood up and pulled Selena to sit down beside her, "I am looking for...What was I looking for? Ayee...I forgot what I was looking for." Dongmei was confused by her behavior and stared at the puzzled maid who could only think that her Miss was doing nothing but making fun of her.
