Klarion asked his familiar teekl.

Teekl responded.

" Finally!"

Klarion responded as he placed a gem on the ground.

"Time to get the old band back together."

Klarion said as he conjured a massive tetragram on the ground.

" WOTAN! BLACKBRIA THORN! FELIX FAUST! WIZARD!"

Klarion called out to the five great wizards.

" Let's put on a show."

Klarion exclaimed

" Wir Sind die Pfeifer von Hameln! Wir Sind Die Pfeifer von Hameln! Wir Sind Die Pfeifer von Hameln! Wir Sind Die Pfeifer von Hameln! Wir Sind die Pfeifer von Hameln!"

Klarion and his crew of black wizards chanted activating their spell.

" Hey guys how's everyone doing?"

Kai asked as he walked into the cave.

" All is well my friend."

Kaldur replied.

" Yeah, Megan made cookies."

Wally stated happily.

" Want one kai?"

Megan asked offering the boy a cookie.

" Yeah, sure I'd love one."

Kai stated as he grabbed the cookie off the tray and began eating it.

" Wow! This is really good."

Kai stated

" Thanks, I've been working on them all week."

Megan stated.

" Zatanna you're back. Does this mean Zatara's finally letting you join the team?"

Kai asked as Zatanna and Artemis entered the room.

" I don't know Zatara's so overprotective. DAD!"

Zatanna yelled as Zatara and the other leaguers all mysteriously vanished.

" The hell?!"

Kai yelled.

[Elsewhere!]

" Wir Sind Die Pfeifer von Hameln!"

Klarion yelled as the adults of the world all just vanished.

[ Mount Justice.]

" I can't find anybody. Any luck on your end?"

Wally asked robin and Zatanna.

" No! can't reach the Batcave, hall of justice or the watchtower, or any adult hero even red arrow."

Robin replied

" I guess we're on our own. Kid flash out!"

Wally said as he cut communications.

" Traditional media's out. Every kid worldwide is posting the same thing. Every adult 18 or older has disappeared. The sorcery necessary to pull this off scary big."

Zatanna stated

" Then we'll have to work together to find its source."

Kai said to Zatanna

" How am I?"

Zatanna started to ask.

" I pulled this footage of your dad helping the justice league to locate Wotan last month."

Robin said as he pulled up an image from Revelations.

" But the words that's only part of it, the rest takes training Robin, Kai, I'm not on Zatara's level."

Zatanna stated.

" I know it's hard but try to stay whelmed. We'll find your dad, batman, all of them. That's what we do."

Robin responded making the girl smile.

" Exactly! And we'll be doing it together. I'm sure we can handle it Z."

Kai stated as he wrapped his arm around the girl's shoulder.

" Now it's time to send a message. Sentry to Kid Flash I need you back at the cave like yesterday."

Kai said through the radio.

" I'm on my way, just gotta drop off a few more kids."

Wally responded.

" Okay, robin you're with me. Let's go"

Kai said as he walked towards the front entrance of the cave.

[ Recognized Kid flash B03]

" Alright! I'm here let's go."

Wally said as he ran into the cave.

" Robin start it up."

Kai said to robin.

Robin nodded his head and began setting up the watch tower's global transponder.

" Attention children and teenagers of earth, I am Sentry, and these are my friends Kid flash and Robin."

Kai stated to the camera.

" We are using justice league tech to cast stream to every tv, computer, radio, and smart phone on the planet."

Robin stated

" We know you must be scared and angry. We know with your parents missing there is a temptation to run wild. But please stay calm."

Wally explained

" We will find a way to bring the adults back. But for now, the oldest among you must step up."

Kai stated

" Take care of your younger siblings. Take care of kids who have no one."

Robin said as Rocket, Icon's protege, saved a bus full of kids.

" Protect them."

Wally stated

" It is up to you! Please help in any way you can."

Kai stated before cutting the feed.

" I hope they heard us."

Kai stated.

" The world heard us kai."

Robin spoke up.

" They saw us yes, but where they listening? I can only hope."

Kai stated before walking away with Wally.

The two walked in silence until they reached Wally's trophy room. They stood there in front of the shelf staring at the helmet of nabu.

" I have finally reached Atlantis. No adults there either."

Kaldur said as he walked into the room with the two boys'

" So, just how desperate are we?"

Wally asked as he and kai stared at the helmet.

" We both know anyone who dons the helmet and allows Nabu to possess them may never be released from being doctor fate."

Kaldur replied

" So, not that desperate."

Wally replied

" Not yet."

Kaldur stated

" Not ever. We will get through this without fate's help. For I fear the next time someone puts this on, they aren't coming back."

Kai stated

" Guys, I'm ready to try my father's locator spell."

Zatanna stated as she walked into the room.

" You're not ready. We are!"

Kai said with a smile.

The group walked into the main entrance hall of the cave and robin pulled up the world map. Kai and Zatanna held hands and channeled their magic power together.

" Etacol Retnecipe fo Yrecros!"

Zatanna and Kai said as they cast the locator spell. An image appeared on the location of the magical energy.

" Coordinates locked Roanoke Island. You guys did it!"

Robin stated

" I told you we could Z."

Kai said to the woman

" Alright team let's prepare for the battle."

Kai stated as he returned to the trophy room.

[ Roanoke Island. November 5th. 19: 47 EDT]

The Wizards continued their chant.

The team heard the sound of lightning striking behind them and turned to see a child appear inside the cave.

" It works!"

Billy stated in excitement.

" Where did you come from? Who are you?"

Kaldur asked as he approached Billy Batson.

' Quick read my mind!"

Bill stated.

Megan did as he told and began reading his mind. She was shocked to discover his real identity.

" He's captain Marvel!"

Kai stated as he entered the room.

" Yeah, and I'm speedy Gonzales. Look just because he believes he's cap."

Wally was saying before being cut off by Billy.

" Gee Wally do I really need to bring you nachos and pineapple juice to get on your good side?"

Billy joked his words making the team realize he really was captain Marvel.

" Do you know what happened to the adults?"

Kai asked.

" Yes, there's two separate worlds. One with adults and one without them."

Billy stated.

" And you can go in between them?"

Connor asked

" Yes."

Billy replied.

" I see when you transform your body ages you to that of an adult so that it can withstand the power. My body is already at a stage where it can do that, so it didn't need to age. Or at least that's what my guess I don't know I could be wrong. But that doesn't matter right now. We now have a way to contact the adults. So, now it's time to plan our counterattack. Billy go back and see if batman has a plan ready."

Kai explained

" SHAZAM!"

* Crack Boom! *

With a strike of lightning Billy was once again gone.

" There will be threats in both dimensions and we may not be familiar with our opponents."

Batman said

" But the key to this mission is a coordinated simultaneous attack!"

Kai responded as he and batman passed messages back and forth through Billy.

" Agreed our best chance against sorcery is to strike fast and disrupt their efforts."

Batman responded.

" And hope the two dimensions merge naturally back into one."

Kai responded.

" Okay we have our attack plans let's go!"

Kai said as both teams' justice league and young justice boarded their ships to go to battle. However, before taking off Kai watched as Zatanna snuck over to the trophy room and reemerge seconds later seemingly frustrated.

' She has amazing magical talent. If she puts this thing on no way is fate going to release her. I'm glad I snatched it before she got the chance.'

Kai thought as he held the helmet in his hands. He quickly rushed to his room and hid the helmet under his bed hoping to keep the girl from finding it and raced back to the ship

" Let's go."

Kai ordered as the bioship lifted off the ground and flew out of the cave. They made their way to Roanoke as fast as possible.

" Alright, I can feel Klarion's magic energy. Put us down quietly and proceed on foot. We'll try to catch him off guard. If things get hairy attack the cat. It's his familiar."

Kai stated as megan landed the bioship.

" Everyone ready?"

Kai asked

" Let's do this."

Superboy replied

" All right let's go!"

Kai said as he and Wally took off towards klarion. When the team caught back up Artemis and Robin both attacked Klarion with their projectiles but klarion stopped them easily.

" Is that the best you can do?"

Klarion asked with a smug grin on his face.

Zatanna yelled as she cast a spell to hit klarion

" Baby magic! Fi Ehs stnaw ot etativel os yldab tel reh!"

Klarion said as Zatanna was knocked back by his spell.

" Ekirts mih nowd!"

Kai yelled as he struck Klarion's barrier with Lightning.

" Ohhh you again. Your magic is stronger than last time. This should be fun."

Klarion said as his eyes glowed red. He began chucking large balls of fire at kai.

" The cat!"

Kai yelled as he barely dodged klarions attacks.

" Hahaha! Show them what a familiar to a lord of chaos can do Teekl."

Klarion laughed as his cat suddenly turned into a giant sabertooth tiger.

[ On the grownups side.]

" Nommus eht gninthgil!"

Zatara spoke as he struck the other wizards with lightning. The blast hit the wizards and teleported into the gem on ground.

[ On the kids side.]

Klarion felt the spell passing through the gem.

" So, they teamed up with the grownups. Teamwork is so overrated."

Klarion said as he redirected the lightning towards the group of heroes.

" Dnes eht gninthgol yawa!"

Kai yelled as he redirected the lightning away from the team.

" You and your pesky magic."

Klarion said as he stuck kai with fire.

" SHAZAM!"

Suddenly Billy reappeared in the kids world.

" It's the."

Billy was saying before being stopped by Miss Martian.

' Don't shout Billy. I've linked us telepathically.'

Megan said telepathically.

' That is so cool I mean it's the gem at the center of the pentagram. Destroy it and we win.'

Billy explained.

' Okay, Billy go back. you and I are going to use our powers to get to that gem. Once you've got it in your hands give it to Zatara, he and I are going to stop this.'

Kai said to Billy as he got to his feet.

' Got it' "SHAZAM!"

Billy shouted as he teleported back to the world of the grownups.

[ On both worlds.]

Kai and Billy got to their feet and flew into the air.

" SPEED OF MERCURY POWER OF ZEUS!"

" SPEED OF HERMES POWER OF SHANGO!"

Billy and Kai yelled as they both began tunneling underground towards the gems on both worlds.

" ZATARA CATCH!"

Billy yelled as he threw the gem to Zatara.

" YAM EHT OWT EMOCEB ENO ECNO EROM!"

Zatara and Kai yelled as they merged the two worlds back into one. The wizards trapped in the world of grownups all collapsed as the worlds merged once again.

" Hm, they don't make evil immortal sorcerers like they used to. Come on Teekl."

Klarion said as teekl ran into his arms. Klarion then snapped his fingers and ran away from the battlefield leaving behind the group of evil wizards.

" Aren't you guys going to stop him?"

Wally asked.

" How do you expect us to do that Kid flash? He's a lord of chaos remember. There's nothing we can use to imprison him."

Kai explained to the boy.

" Dad!"

Zatanna yelled as she ran towards her father.

" Zatanna my daughter. You have done well."

Zatara praised his daughter as he hugged her.

" She really did Zatara; we wouldn't have been able to find this place without her."

Kai explained with a smile.

" Sentry, I think my daughter would make a wonderful addition to your team. If that's what she wants."

Zatara stated as he looked down at his daughter.

" Really Dad!"

Zatanna exclaimed happily.

" Of course, you have proven yourself ready my dear."

Zatara stated happily.

" Let me officially welcome you to the team Zatanna."

Kai said as he held out his hand for the girl to shake.

" THANK YOU!"

Zatanna yelled as she wrapped her arms around the boy tightly.

" Oof! Hahaha! Okay okay!"

Kai said as he returned the hug.

" Alright team let's celebrate the return of the adults and the new addition to our team."

Kai said as he gestured for the team to return to the bioship.

" YEAH!"

They all yelled in excitement.

" PARTY TIME!"

Wally yelled happily.
