" Where am I? The moon? Sand? Air? Hello Megan, I'm on earth. But how did I get here?"

Megan asked as she awoke from her slumber. Seemingly haven forgotten how she had arrived on earth and everything else that had happened since then. Suddenly an object violently landed near her position. It was superboy.

" Hey, I've seen that symbol. Are you superman?"

Megan asked as she looked at the boy's shirt.

" RAAAAAH!"

Superboy yelled as he tore his shirt off of his body and attacked Megan.

" No, you don't! Megan run!"

Kai yelled as he grabbed superboy by his foot and slammed him into the ground. Superboy turned around and punched kai away before taking off again.

" Damn it! What the hell is going? Why did everyone just disappear? And what the hell is wrong with superboy?"

Kai asked as he got to his feet.

" Thank you for saving me sir."

Megan said

" No problems Megan we're friends remember."

Kai said as he dusted himself off.

" We are?"

Megan asked.

" Yes."

Kai responded as he looked at the woman in confusion.

" Since when?"

Megan asked.

" We have been ever since you came to earth. Remember?"

Kai explained.

" No, not really. I don't ever remember meeting someone like you."

Megan replied.

" You mean to tell me you don't remember everything that's happened in the last two months?"

Kai asked in shock.

" No, I don't remember."

Megan replied.

" Oh, this is bad. Maybe that's why everyone just vanished. Maybe that's why Superboy! He's only been around for outside for two months. That means he's gone back to being that mindless brute. Megan, I need you to listen up and listen carefully. I'm going to tell you everything that's happened in these past two months."

Kai stated to the young woman.

" Why talk when you can just show me?"

Megan asked

" What do you mean?"

Kai asked.

" Here give me a second."

Megan said. She put her hands to her head and began to use her powers to look into Kai's memories.

" Huhhh! Oh my god Kai!"

Megan yelled.

" You remember me now?"

Kai asked.

" Yes. I used my powers to see your memories and they helped me with mine."

Megan replied

" Good. We need to find the others. If they're suffering from the same condition things could be troublesome. Especially superboy."

Kai stated.

" You ready?"

Kai asked

" Yes, let's go."

Megan responded as she picked herself up off the ground.

" Alright! Let's go."

Kai said as the two flew off together.

Later.

" Kai we've been walking around all night can we rest?"

Megan asked.

" Sure. let's get in the shade."

Kai said as he and Megan walked towards the shady rock area.

" I don't get it though. How could the whole team suddenly lose their memories? And another question why didn't I lose my memories?"

Kai asked

" I don't know. I'm still trying to figure that out."

Megan replied

' You didn't suffer because we wouldn't allow it.'

Athena stated.

' We don't like telepaths trying to force their way into our brains.'

Shiva said.

' Why did you let Megan do it?'

Kai asked.

' Because none of us perceived her as a threat.'

Athena replied.

" SUPERBOY!"

Megan yelled.

" Megan?! What is it?"

Kai asked scared by Megan's sudden scream!

" Superboy is nearby! And so are Wally and artemis. They're in trouble."

Megan replied

" Then let's go!"

Kai said as the two heroes took off towards the others.

* Pop! Pop Pop Pop Pop! * The sound of gunshots started ringing out in the desert.

" Gun shots we're getting closer. Come on!"

Kai yelled to Megan as they flew through the air.

" Down there look Kai it's Wally and Artemis. They're being attacked!"

Megan yelled.

" Those planes are they manned?"

Kai asked.

" No, they aren't."

Megan replied.

Kai nodded and attacked the drones. Flying through them and destroying them both.

" Okay all taken care of."

Kai stated.

" Nice save J'onn and who are you?"

Wally asked

" You know my uncle? Hello Megan, of course you do. Sorry Wally still working through these memories."

Megan replied

" Alright Wally! Artemis! We need to find the others let's go."

Kai said.

" Wait a minute time out! First Martian man hunters your uncle! Is that how you know my name?"

Wally asked.

" Your name's really Wally?"

Artemis asked.

" Oh man."

Wally said as he hung his head.

' Whoa, now that's a shocker. These two getting along/ Who would have thought.'

Kai thought as he watched the two heroes who would normally hate each other suddenly getting along.

" It's okay guys. We're teammates! Friends! I made you cookies."

Megan explained.

" Wait you know her?"

Artemis asked

" No, I swear beautiful I've never seen her a day in my life. At least not that I remember."

Wally stated to Artemis.

" Right, I forgot you both lost your memories too."

Megan said as she slapped her face.

' Beautiful huh?! That's amazing. I am never letting Wally live this one down.'

Kai thought.

" We need to find the others. Come on we'll explain on the way."

Kai said before he started walking again.

" Others!? What others?!"

Wally yelled.

" Robin and superboy."

Megan responded.

" Of course, Robin and who?"

Wally asked as he followed Kai and the others.

" Dear god Wally, please be quiet."

Kai asked as he grew annoyed by the boy's loud talking.

" What all I'm saying is there's no way you're magical."

Kid flash said.

" Listen if I have to...Wait do you hear that? Gunshots Kid let's go."

Kai said as he and Wally raced towards the gunshots. Arriving to see Robin being shot at. The two raced towards the soldiers, disarming them and knocking them out in the process.

" Nice work you two."

Megan said as she and Artemis arrived to see the soldiers taken care of.

" Kf! It's nice to see a familiar face."

Robin said as he dapped kid flash up.

" Hey rob! Memory loss?"

Wally asked.

" Six months! Let's hog tie these creeps and compare notes."

Robin said as he began tying up the soldiers.

After a few minutes of tying up loose ends the team had finally gained a new member in robin.

" So, we're a team?"

Robin asked in shock.

" The five of us and superboy."

Miss martian spoke.

" So, this must be his."

Robin said as he held up a piece of Superboy's clothes.

" And Kaldur'ahm or Aqualad as you all probably know him."

Kai interjected.

" Yes, it is. Did you see him?"

Megan asked

" I think we did."

Artemis said

" Who? feral boy? Some teammate, he attacked us."

Wally said

" He didn't know who we are."

Artemis spoke.

" And since he's lost so much of his memory the only thing he knows is violence."

Kai spoke

" What do you mean?"

Robin asked.

" Robin, you kaldur and Wally didn't free superboy from his cryopod until recently. Which means he's still the mindless blood thirsty beast he was four months before he met us."

Kai explained.

" Oh man!"

Wally spoke.

" Yeah, and like I said Earlier Kaldur is here as well, and his Atlantean physiology isn't going to let him survive in this area for too long. So, we need to get a move on. Megan is going to reach into your minds and pull out the memories that were locked away. And only those memories Megan nothing else."

Kai explained.

" Whoa! I don't want her looking through my memories."

Artemis stated.

" Listen it's the only option we got. Megan is only going to pull out your locked memories nothing else."

Kai explained.

" Just the memories from the past six months?"

Artemis asked

" I promise. I won't go any further."

Megan said as she put her hands to her head. Wally grabbed Artemis hand and Megan began giving everyone present their memories back. The group began getting flash backs to the event s that led up to their mind wipe.

" The watchtower detected an immense power surge in the bialyian desert. Spectral analysis revealed elements non-terrestrial in origin. Find out what happened at that sight. What happened there. Bialya is a rogue state ruled by queen bee. And not a member of the league's Un Charter. All communications are subject to interception. Maintain radio silence at all times. You'll land in bialya's border. Two Klicks from the hot zone."

Batman explained to the team.

" The bialyans control the sight."

Artemi said

" We should set up here."

Kaldur spoke.

" Agreed."

Kai responded.

" We'll be up and running in no time."

Robin stated.

" Jackpot the sights lousing with Zeta beam radiation."

Wally said

" Detecting Non-terrestial trace from the tent."

Robin said as he scanned the area.

" I'll check it out in camouflage mode."

Megan offered.

" Good Idea go."

Kai ordered as Megan turned invisible.

" Careful."

Superboy said

" And maintain telepathic contact."

Aqualad explained.

" I will Aqualad!"

Megan said. His name drawing the group from their mind session.

" HUh! AQUALAD!"

Robin and Wally yelled.

" I told you guys that earlier. Does no one pay attention?"

Kai asked.

" Sorry dude we thought you were kidding."

Wally explained.

" Anyway, where is he?"

Robin asked.

" We landed together twenty-four hours ago. If kaldur's been wandering the desert that long well, that can't be good for a guy with gills."

Wally answered as he nervously let go of artemis's hand.

" Now that I know to look for him, he's close. But he's not moving."

Robin explained.

" Well then let's go get him."

Kai said

" Alright! Follow me."

Robin spoke as he began to lead the group towards Aqualad. When they arrived Aqualad was passed out and speaking his native tongue.

" I can't restore his memory in this condition."

Megan said.

" Need immedieate rehydration. Call the Bio-Ship!"

Robin ordered

" It's out of range."

Megan said.

" Give him to me and tell me where the bio-ship is. Once, I get there I'll get Kaldur situated and fly it back here."

Kai said as he picked Kaldur up off the ground.

" Great I'll direct you to it."

Megan said as Kai took off towards the ship. He flew through the air of the bialyan desert for a few minutes before arriving back at the Bio-ship.

" Okay kaldur I got you buddy. Sip it easy. Easy."

Kai said as he fed Kaldur a flask of water from the ship. Once kaldur had finished his cup kai took him and placed him on a stretcher.

" Okay girl, we need to get the others will you let me pilot you?"

Kai asked.

Beep Beep Beep!

The ship responded as she gave control of the ship to kai.

" Thank you, girl. Now let's go get our friends, okay?"

Kai said as he flew back towards the group.

After a few minutes kai arrived back at where the team had been. But they had disappeared again.

" Oh, come on not again guys seriously. You're just going to vanish again. Guess, we're going to have to find them the hard way girl."

Kai said as he landed the ship.

" Wait here for me okay, if anything happens you come to our location. I'll be back soon."

Kai said as he abandoned ship.

' Megan, can you hear me?'

Kai asked

' Kai superboy's in trouble we need help.'

Megan replied.

' I'm coming just tell me where you are.'

Kai ordered.

' Follow the gun shots!'

Wally yelled back.

' Damn it I'm coming!'

Kai said as he flew through the desert. Soon the distinct sound of gun shots could be heard

" Damn! Guess I know where I'm going. Ready to cause some havoc Shiva?"

Kai asked.

' Always ready for a good brawl boy!'

Shiva responded.

" Let's do it then."

Kai said as he crashe landed in the soldier's camp. The enemy began firing on kai only for the bullets to bounce off of him.

" Seriously guys not gonna work."

Kai joked as he attacked the soldiers, sending them flying one by one.

" RAAAAH!"

Superboy yelled drawing kai's attention to the big tent in the middle.

" Guess I know where anger boy is. Let's give him a hand."

Kai said as he flew into the tent

" Sentry!"

Superboy yelled

" Oh, you got your memories back. Great! Wanna kick these guy's butts?"

Kai asked

" Let's!"

Superboy said as he and kai turned to face the enemies around them. Knocking them out one by one. The two turned when they saw Megan and her enemy psimon starting a tornado around them.

" She needs help go! I'll handle these guys."

Kai says as he gestured for superboy to go help Megan. Superboy looked at his friend and nodded before running into the wind tunnel to help Megan.

" Okay, who wants to play with magic. Tsalb Meht htiw Erif!"

Kaid as he shot a blast of fire from his hands forcing the soldiers to drop. When they tried to get up Kai rushed them and knocked them all out with quick strikes to head.

" That was easier than expected."

Kai said

"Sentry!"

Megan yelled.

" Miss martian you guys beat him good job. Now let's get back to the ship. Whoa what is that?!"

Kai asked as a giant sphere rolled up beside superboy.

" It's sphere. Now I'm ready to get out of this desert."

superboy said

" Right let's go. Welcome sphere."

kai said as the group left for the bio-ship.

' Hey everybody. I got superboy and kai and we're on our way.'

Megan explained to the others. Her voice making kaldur jump up from his delirium.

' Who are you? Why are you in my head?'

Kaldur asked

' Hello Megan! Kaldur's memories. I knew I forgot something.'

Megan realized.

' Oh man me too. I didn't get a souvenir from the mission.'

Wally complained.

' I think we got that covered Wally.'

Kai said as he and the others headed back to the crew.

[ Mount Justice September 6th. 22:00]

" Welcome back."

Batman said as the team walked into the cave

" We've been out for a few days. I'll give the debriefing the rest of you showers then straight to bed.

Kai ordered.

" You got it oh fearless leader."

Wally joked as he ran towards the showers.

" What happened?"

Batman asked.

" The team was attacked by a psychic named psimon. He wiped their memories. I spent the past two days searching for them so that Megan could help restore them. After we had recovered the team. Megan, Superboy and I discovered the Bialyan soldiers holding this sphere hostage and torturing it. After we defeated Psimon we brought the sphere with us and returned home. Robin destroyed their research or as much as it as we know of."

Kai explained to the batman.

" I see. And the energy source?"

Batman asked.

" I'm not entirely sure, but I believe it has to do with this guy."

Kai said as he bent down to pat the sphere.

" I see. All details included this mission is a success. you are dismissed."

Batman said as he ended the mission briefing. Kai nodded his head and then went to give Donna a call and let her know he was back safe.

' Another mission ending in success. And yet I feel like we are walking further and further into the dark.'

Kai thought as he walked towards his room.

" Well as long as I got the team. There's nothing we can't handle."

Kai said as he walked down the halls.
