Third World War?

Russian President Vladimir Putin is not a pacifist person, war is something that is talked about on the internet. But the official news never comes, as if they cover this.

Although according to theories on the internet, apart from the war memes between Russia and Ukraine, China is the one behind Russia and there is little reason to ensure the validity of this theory.

I don't think it's likely, but if NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) decides to help Ukraine when a possible war breaks out, several big Western countries would be involved in this, like the United States. China clearly supports Russia and the strength of both sides, with thousands of nuclear warheads. It would not be unusual for the third world war to break out.

Sure, no one wants that, neither do I. But what can I do now, I'm just a high school student, not a president or someone with a lot of influence and power.

And the most common would be that the world market will also change with these new war movements. The prices of the main resources in a war such as fuel, water, food and clothing will rise to exorbitant prices or become scarce. Companies will go bankrupt and others will get rich at a very fast rate. Only those who manage to adapt will survive this new environment.

Because almost all the countries in the world are connected, almost none of them are independent and therefore they need the others to survive.

But in some posts, which are quickly deleted, they make me suspicious.

"Hey Tony, how did you meet Maria? If she doesn't mind telling me"

To gain confidence and not talk about an uncomfortable topic like war for now, I asked Tony a question, although I don't expect it to be really interesting.

"There are things I can't tell you because it belongs to our intimacy…"

Tony has a perverted look in his eyes when he looks at me. He swore it! If Maria wasn't his wife, I'd think she was chasing my ass.

Jokes aside, I nodded to Tony indicating that he understood and he continued with his story, albeit a brief one.

Tony had a wistful look in his eyes, reminiscing about the past, when he asked me a question.

"You saved her by hitting those 3 guys and she fell in love with you"

I gave him the most obvious answer, these cases are very common. I think he calls himself the hero saving the damsel.

"Haha, I wish it happened like you said boy, but the reality is different. She beat up those 3 guys by herself and then kicked me in the balls for meddling in their fight. Then she took pity on me and took me to my room, where I take care of myself a little. We talk about our lives and over time we fall in love. That's all I can tell you boy, if you want to know more you have to ask Maria personally, although I don't think I'll make it haha"

Tony laughed as he told his story.

"Haha, are you serious? I can't believe it"

He was really surprised and amused. This is not the kind of story one would normally hear, one girl managing to beat up 4 boys. Maria seems like she is not only a decorative beautiful woman, she also has a strong character of her own.

"Boy, I'll give you some advice. You should take advantage of all the opportunities you have in life because they are unique. If you don't take advantage of them, they will slip away and the only thing left will be regret. If at that time I hadn't met Maria and I would get involved in the fight, I think we would never understand each other and now we would not be a married couple"

Tony shows me his silver ring on his ring finger with a happy smile. His advice is very good, because most of the time, I was withdrawn and shy. That is something I decided to change and be more daring. It's something I need to do if I want to be happy.

I agree with Tony's words, but that doesn't work in all cases. If a shy boy asks the most popular girl in school on a date, most likely the whole world will find out and he will be humiliated or harassed by his classmates, being isolated from everyone.

Tony pointed to my backpack and asked curiously.

"I'm a senior and in a few months it will be graduation"

I had no problem telling him that, after all, Tony is helping me out by giving me another job.

I get along better with Tony during this conversation in the car. After all, we don't know each other very well yet, those problems are something personal that I want to solve alone.

"Thanks Tony, but aren't you worried that he was a minor? Because of the legal problems of hiring you and all that"

I was a little bit out of it because they didn't ask for my ID before they hired me.

Tony waves his hand like it doesn't matter. I do not remember this law but I had not paid attention to it before. I am working without a contract anyway so they can fire me or leave whenever I want.
