Avians sat silently on her bed with Adrian. She kept staring at the bankbook in her hand. Adrian said that she could use it for anything she wanted.

"There must be something you want, right? Just use the money to buy it."

The woman sighed, there were so many things she wanted to buy since she was a child because her parents never granted her what she wanted.

Even though she can now buy whatever she wants, it doesn't feel so precious anymore. In the past, she had to save up money and then buy it after struggling for a few days to save up the little money she had.

But now that it was so easy to buy it with that money, it felt like she didn't want it anymore because it was so easy to buy.

"But... I think I can use it to buy a new cell phone. My cell phone is very old and breaks down a lot. I think I'll just buy a new phone," Avians said as she looked at her old phone, outdated cell phone.

Avians looked around their room. She wondered what else she might need. Everything was already available in Adrian's house, she felt there was nothing else she wanted.

"Maybe I can just buy a chocolate blueberry cake."

She also changed her clothes because Adrian said there would be media covering her suddenly, so she had to dress well. After changing her clothes and dressing up a bit, Avians was ready to go to the mall to buy a cell phone.

"Ms. Avians, where are you going?" asked Jonnah as she saw Avians about to leave the house.

"Oh... I'm going to buy something at the mall, I'll be right back afterwards."

"I see. But before that, there are two people who have to come with you."

Avians felt confused, two people had to come with her? Who?

Jonnah called out to the two people, they were two very neatly dressed women in full suits.

"They are your personal bodyguards, Miss Avians. Their names are Mika and Liana," Jonnah introduced them.

"Ehh... Personal bodyguards?" asked Avians in confusion. She had not expected to have two personal bodyguards.

"Yes, Mr. Adrian himself said so. Wherever you go, they will follow you for your safety," the man replied.

Hearing that, Avians had no choice but to follow her. She went out with her two bodyguards and left the house.

Avians' eyes glanced at the two of them. The two bodyguards had stern and intimidating expressions. It felt a bit awkward talking to the two of them.

'Well, if they're there to protect me, I guess it doesn't matter. Will it be that dangerous when I get out?' she thought at the time.

Within 20 minutes, the Avians arrived at the biggest and most expensive mall in the city. All of this was at Adrian's suggestion, this was to reduce Avians being mobbed by people in public places because they were curious about her. If she was in an expensive mall, usually only famous people who were on the same level as them would come, so Avians wouldn't be approached by them.

Accompanied by her two bodyguards, Avians went to a cell phone shop and picked out the phone she wanted.

"What kind of cell phone do you want? We have the latest cell phone that is very good, sophisticated and has a long battery life. UC15, it's already very good especially for taking photos," explained the salesperson at the shop.

"Hmn... Is it good for texting and calling?"

"Yes, of course," he replied. As he took a closer look at Avians face, he recognized the woman. "Oh are you Mr. Adrian's wife? Well... I can see your face in person. You were so beautiful at that heart wedding, I saw it on television!"

"Ehh... Ah yes," Avians replied in surprise.

The man who owned the shop immediately became very friendly to Avians, from before he looked flat even though he was smiling slightly.

He also offered Avians cell phones and other gadgets, but Avians would only buy the cell phone he offered at the beginning. Hearing that Avians would only buy a cell phone, the man's expression changed again as if he was saying. "Rich people but buy little."

After buying her cell phone, Avians intended to go home. But her steps were halted when she overheard two people talking about the mochi restaurant on the 4th floor. Curious, Avians went there to try it out.

Sure enough, there were a lot of expensive restaurants on the 4th floor and it looked quite crowded. Avians wandered around looking for the mochi restaurant that the two people had mentioned earlier.

"Oh that's it." The woman entered the mochi shop and ordered several types of mochi on the menu.

When she sat down at her table, she saw Mika and Liana busy watching their surroundings.

"Mika, Liana!" called Avians.

"Yes, Miss Avians? Do you need anything?" they both asked.

"Mnn... Sit down... Here, will you?"

The two exchanged glances then followed Avians' words. The two sat down across from the woman. Soon, a waiter placed three plates of four different flavors of mochi on the table.

"There... Thank you for working so well today, please eat..." Avians said to them.

Mika and Liana were a bit surprised by this, they said that what they were doing was Adrian's duty to look after Avians. But Avians said no problem and wanted to eat it with them.

She had never had friends before, she hoped to be a bit more relaxed with the two of them, considering they would follow her everywhere for a long time.

"Well Miss Avians, if you don't mind..."

They tasted the mochi together and enjoyed how soft and delicious it was. The two bodyguards looked happy with the mochi they ate, it was their first time trying such delicious mochi. As for Avians, she was also trying it for the first time.

"The mochi is good, isn't it?" asked Avians, trying to engage them in conversation. Although she wasn't good at communicating, Avians sometimes wished she had someone to chat with.

"Yes, very good Miss Avians..." replied Mika, a short brunette who looked very pretty to her.

"Yes, delicious..." replied Liana, Mika's companion. She looked more assertive and spoke less.

'It's delicious, the flavor with the mung bean filling is not too sweet. Maybe I can buy it for Ian,' she thought.

Finished with their mochi, the Avians were about to head home with two boxes of mochi in their hands. She intended to give them to Adrian and Jonnah.

Just out of the elevator, two women walked up to Avians from behind and called out to her.

"Oh look who's enjoying her husband's wealth right now. Shopping casually like she's forgotten the service I did for her," said a middle-aged woman.

"Right, how arrogant!" added her daughter.

Recognizing their voices, Avians immediately looked back. Her eyes widened, surprised to see who was in front of her right now. All the bad memories in her head came rushing back at the sight of them.
