Angeline gently checked Jacob's forehead so she wouldn't wake him up and felt relieved that his temperature was back to normal.
She got up and staggered over to the bathroom. She washed her face with cold water to make herself fully awake.
As she let the soft droplets seep into her face, she inhaled deeply, then exhaled. She wanted to live the normal, so she tried to learn the standard ways by reading online. As it turned out, it worked pretty well when the mind was spinning like now.
She stopped when hearing a knock on her door. As soon as it opened - She knew.
Jacob was shirtless and looked fully aware of the fact. His nakedness brought her cheeks to blush. His gray eyes pierced her. And the scent of him, pure male musk, curled around her, succumbing her to submit to his presence.
"What is it?" Angeline's composed voice asked him, although his naked presence wanted her to hug him.
