Chapter One Hundred and Thirty Three

Looking out the window of the black SUV where I sat as a back seat passenger. The scenery just went by because, I saw nothing except what was in my head.

Men having to go ahead of me, holding the hotel hostage, in order to reach Jamie's sister and my grandfather.

I'm positive that they believe Jamie ran away and dealing with my wrath at this time will profit them nothing.

Justin, Cam and Bob are riding with me on the way back to the cabin.

I'm thankful that they are all leaving me to my private thoughts,.especially with the night I've had.

Sighing deeply, I threw my head against the back rest.

"We need to make a detour" I said suddenly, breaking the silence.

No one answered but Justin who was behind the wheel, knew exactly where we need to go for a detour.

I know Jamie's sister will definitely mention to Jerome what occurred and the only reason she's still breathing is because she's Jamie and Jerome's sister.

At least my bluff got us something out of the visit or should I say someone!

Angela's parents will not miss her for a while and that's something we can use, because I need all of this f**king shit to end and end soon. Angela must know what f**ked up mess my grandfather got himself into, claiming that I'm his ticket out.

I still have no angle on how I'm going to use Angela, but in the meantime, her captors will remain a mystery to her.

Justin, drove past the security, straight into the underground carpark of PAPA'S, a pub and fight club, Justin and I grew up in, before I found myself in problems with the law.

This will be Bob's first visit, "stay close" Justin instruct Bob as we each stood on the outside of the SUV.

Confused by Justin's warning, "why, isn't this a bar?" Bob asked as we closed the service elevator doors to ascend in the recreation area.

"Guys, just keep a low profile, we've had enough drama for tonight" I warned the guys but kept my eyes on Justin, the troublemaker or life of the party, whichever label suits him.

Adjusting his dark brown jacket, Justin smiles slyly, his eyes glued to the closed elevator doors.

"Speak for yourself" Justin declares and this time I had to face him. Staring each other down, "you and Cam and even Bob here," he was saying and slapped Bob on the shoulder, loudly causing him to wince."Had, fun" Justin commented. "I was just the watchman and telephone operator" he finishes, as the elevator doors opened on the second floor of the building where PAPA'S Recreation Bar's located.

All I heard from his comment was telephone operator.

"Telephone operator" I repeated, walking instep with him.

Justin didn't answer, but he nodded.

Hating when he plays like this, "who called?" I asked in frustration now, suddenly regretting this detour.

Justin remained silent, pushing a hand forward to open the double glass tinted door.

"Your lovely wife" he snickers, walking ahead of me. My abrupt stop, cause Can, who was following closely behind to bump into me.

"Sorry" Cam muttered and I shrugged it off, walking briskly to meet up with Justin.

Bumping into Justin's shoulder, I pulled him backwards,."what did she want? " I asked softly, because Papa have not changed over the years,.with low music sounding out from the speakers provided at every post in the large room.

Shrugging his shoulders, "missing you?" Justin responded, pulling out a chair at an empty four seat table, snapping his fingers at a waitress.

Pulling the chair opposite him, "only one round" I instructed Justin watching Cam and Bob take a chair.

Turing I looked the room barely recognizing anyone, not even Papa.

Two other tables were suddenly occupied with men who were travelling with us.

When the waitress came to Justin, I butt in.

"Excuse me, when you're done taking our orders, you can take those guys orders and bill me" I nod to the guys only to notice eleven guys walking in, all wearing dark colored jackets, which they were all adjusting at the same time while looking around the room.

"We've got company" I muttered, my eyes on Justin whose back was facing them.

Justin stated tapping the table and ordered a bottle of whiskey and four shut glasses.

Turing to smile at me, "anything special for you?" the red hair waitress, who seems to have outgrown her orange T-shirt with the Papa's symbol printed on and a mini black skirt, which I realized is their uniform.

Pointing across at Justin, "I'm with him" I informed the waitress whose eyes widen, as she stares at Justin and I.

Justin reaches across the table and caress my knuckles on the hand that was lying there.

Smiling wickedly up at her, "yes, he's with me." Justin confirms, chuckling as the waitress walks away.

"Seriously guys, you do stuff like that?" Bob laughs, lightly pounding the table. We continued laughing, but our eyes and attention remained on the guys who were focus on the table I was sitting at.

"I know we only came to drink, but if a fight ensues, head out the door behind me and down the stairs." I informed Bob, because I was suddenly tired and I know Justin want some action tonight and the waitress who still keeps walking unnecessarily in front of us, wasn't part of his plan.

Tilting my head, I signal my guys but a hand on my shoulder. stops me.

"Tonight's a quiet night, let's keep it so" I look to at the man whose voice I remember.

With a broad smile he slaps my back, "young Mr. Daniels" a grayed hair man chuckles and I had to stand and hug him.

"Papa" I greeted, the old man. "It's been way to long." I said and he laugh.

"Your mother is to be blamed for that" he chuckles, "but I know she did well, by raising a fine man, like yourself.
