When Dante decided to start writing down his feelings he didn't really think much of it. It was just something he did because he felt like it, and also because his mom would always say, feelings are better expressed when written down. There was a difference. He never really liked talking about his feelings or opening up to anyone because it made him feel weak and insecure. So he would keep everything pent up inside. But the moment he started to write it all down he always felt like he was having a burden being lifted off his shoulders. So he kept at it. Every other day he would write down what he was going through, how he felt about something or someone, or just generally take notes of what he observed around him and the ones that stood out to him the most.
