Yandere Nine Heavens

Name is pretty self explanatory, but basically the story is about a guy travelling the Nine Heavens and yanderes. It's actually more intricate that it sounds, but feel free to make your own judgement. For Mo An, imagine esdeath-esque For Mo Huilan, imagine Jasmin Rantin from Yandere Therapy with electric blue eyes as well

Heaven's Asylum

Place: Heaven's Asylum

...

Shortly after Rain's departure, the Heaven's stirred.

Currently, the First Heaven's section of the renowned prison was in chaos. Not because of a prison outbreak or an attack, but rather because a very disturbing individual was coming to visit:

The warden.

For a further description, Heaven's Asylum operated on all facets of the Heaven's being a very rare and special place. Very few know how the connection between the Heaven's was possible or even how the prison came about, but it exists regardless. Only the oldest know that the prison just simply appeared and wasn't actually built or created by anyone in the Nine Heaven's. It was created to contain individuals who were detrimental to the Heaven's but that couldn't always be killed by people of the same Heaven.

What is meant by that statement is that, in general, people of higher heavens are restricted from killing people of lower heavens who have a significant impact on the world. That's not to say that they can't kill them, but that whatever lies beyond the Nine Heavens won't permit a wide range of interference, though there is some leniency in that statement.

Regardless, the original purpose was that, but over the basically countless years, eventually it just became a prison that functioned as such. Though most people just like to kill, rather than imprison, that isn't universal so people would get rid of their problems by throwing them in prison rather than dealing with whatever issues that came along with killing their adversary.

The prison was the best, and only real and official, prison in all the Nine Heavens. This was not because it was the most secure place, however. The prison was renowned for one reason, the warden.

For as long as anyone can remember, where there has been the asylum, there has been the warden. The warden was one of the strongest people even in the 9th Heaven, acting as a great deterrent. Considered a progenitor of the dragon species, rather than just stand at the top and watch over the prison without a care, they were actually very active in enforcing their rule. They were also insane. And sadistic. And terrifying. In essence, nobody wanted to f*ck with the prison.

The dragon was one of the few entities from the 9th Heaven who actually gave a shit about the other heavens, and they were known to visit all 8, with their main portion of time invested in the 9th. However, while the dragon was very open to interacting with people weaker than themselves, nobody actually wanted too. The dragon was known to take an interest in somebody and then proceed to make their life hell, though it was claimed to all be in the name of training. While it was true that somebody who was trained by the dragon would be much stronger if they come out alive, those few disciples who had, had never came out the same.

This was the way it had been for a long time, though the dragon hadn't been very active lately in taking disciples and was more focused on the prison. They were visiting each heaven, trying to track down some annoying individuals that were trying to cause chaos and now it was going to be the 1st Heavens turn, as the guards had just been alerted.

As soon as that message came down, a single thought ran through every single guard's heads:

'Fuck'

This was not only because of the dragon's visit. This was also because of some other happenings involving those particular individuals had started, making certain that the dragon would be staying for a little while, something the guards were particularly terrified of.

The prison itself was like a pillar that extended into the skies, much like a tower and the First Heaven was the base. You could travel between heavens in the prison, though the only person allowed was the warden, and if one wanted to screw with the prison away from the dragon, the furthest possible place was the 1st Heaven.

The problem with that plan is that the people allowed to operate in the 1st Heaven were only people in the 1st Heaven, meaning their strength was relatively low compared to the rest of the 9 Heavens.

The particular individuals we were talking about were members of the Chaos sect, a multi-faceted organization devoted to causing its namesake. They were started by some very powerful individuals, unlike most of the weird cults that one would see get eradicated in the nine heavens, and they were very old, making them very dangerous. Originally, they wouldn't really operate in the 1st Heaven, because it was so weak and because it was hard to get operatives there as everyone wanted to ascend, but recently they had a breakthrough, allowing for a key member to get involved.

The Chaos sect was an old enemy of the dragon, though they were both agents of chaos in their own way, the Chaos sect didn't limit themselves to not destroying heavens or important people like the dragon did. As bad as the dragon could be, they had lines and they didn't want to f*ck everything up, however the Chaos sect just caused chaos on all facets. Worse, the dragon had restrictions placed on it as the price to travel between the Heavens and could only operate as the willed in the Ninth Heaven, so their wasn't much they could do.

Anyways...

This breakthrough naturally didn't go unnoticed by the dragon, as they kept a close eye on the Chaos sect, and though the exact plans weren't revealed, so the warden started to move, resulting in this particular situation where a young, bored, cultivator looking for passion, an insane, ultra-powerful sadist and an evil organization were all about to meet.

...

In about a week. Yay timeskip!

I say sect, but don't think cultivation wise. It's just an useful word. I could also use the word cult, if you want to think of it that way.

I think you guys can see where I'm going with this. Rest assured, the dragon will not be a yandere simp and will rather introduce things rather than solve them. Having an OP yandere of the Ninth Heaven this early would totally ruin the story.
