day two training: mental fortification

Argh! Kyle groaned his eyes fluttering open. Sitting up straight he could see he was now back in his room. Memories of what happened last assaulted his brain making him clutch it.

That bastard.. he beat me again. Kyle was enraged and also ashamed he'd been defeated by Boris for the second time in a day. He'd never in his life been humiliated like this twice in a day!

Touching his body it hurt in pain as even the slightest of movements hurt like hell. He'd expected this though as he'd taken quite a toll on his body and he was now suffering the repercussions.

Belch! Kyle childishly let out a belch proceeding to take a sip from the purple liquid.

Grape juice. His eyes widened a bit tasting the liquid. He had his doubts at first before consuming the food but he didn't have a choice and sensing no danger he ate it.

With a satisfied look Kyle then got up proceeding to the bathroom. It was just a couple of steps to the right enclosed by a metal door with a face scanner.

Wrapping his lower region with a white towel he exited the room laying on the bed. It didn't take long before his eyes closed shut from the soothing cool sensation of having a shower.

Argh.. I hate alarms. Kyle grunted sitting up straight coldly glaring at his watch beeping rapidly.

Calm down Kyle it's just a disguise. We're entering the main room. Eldren tried to ease the situation by breaking the ice but he just made matters worse.

What is this place? Kyle asked alarmed gazing around. He couldn't find any traces or signs of exit which made his insecurity rise more.

We're in the 'MFS'. Eldren smirked a tinge of excitement evident in his eyes.

After about a minute Kyle finally spoke in a satisfied tone, am done now bring it down.

Rolling his eyes eldren then brought the tall structure down with a simple wave of his hand as it descended to the ground. Merging with it leaving beyond no trace of it's existence at all.

Now before we start you have to follow my every instructions and do as I do. Eldren said to which Kyle just nodded.

Now sit in a crossed leg form and open both your palms placing them on your lap. Eldren spoke sitting on the ground crossing his legs and placing his both his hand on his leg his palms opened.

Relax.. the more you struggle the faster your spirit depletes. Eldren chuckled shoving some strands of hair from his gaze backwards. Hearing the last two words from eldren made Kyle's heart sink a bit.
