"You and your sisters should let me be" I shrieked pointing my shaky fingers at her as hot tears rolled down my eyes. Hiding herself wasn't enough as she was soon fished out by Xander— The school sweetheart and the alpha to be of the bloodmoon pack. Seems like she just got herself into more trouble.

CHAPTER 40

I was driving home from the meeting I attended when my phone rang. I checked the caller ID and it was Daya.

Happily, I picked up the call and waited for her sweet voice only to hear a panicked one, and before I could say anything, a man's voice yelled and the phone went dead.

What the hell? I called her again and the phone was now turned off. What's going on with my mate?.

I accelerated and drove home speedily. My heart was beating furiously throughout the whole drive. If someone is hurting my mate, blood would spill.

I got to the house and rushed out without even parking. Why should I care about parking when Zendaya's voice was almost breaking down.

Rushing into the living room which was unbelievably cool. Could they be in our room? I thought and skipped the staircase in two's.

On getting to the room, I pushed open the door ready to punch but was welcomed by an empty cool room.
