A young girl, Letty Black, understands that the last thing she remembers is her father's death. Her childhood, teen years, first kiss, and first love are a tabula rasa. Her memories are gone, and no matter what she did and how many qualified doctors she had seen, there's no progress in getting her memories back except for strange dreams: an unknown city, a handsome blond man with magnificent blue-brown eyes, and... wolves...? The paparazzi

Aiden quickly turned around, noticing a man with a camera hanging on his neck, and a woman walking near him with a big purse coming inside the Café. The woman probably was hiding a microphone or one more camera to take more pictures. Another waiter, who was inside the Café, closed the door behind them and winked at his colleague, who was standing near us, as if to make sure he'll take care of those annoying paparazzi.

"Someone perhaps told them they saw you," he shook his head, "I'm very sorry for that."

"Is there anything you can do?" I asked, looking at the waiter, "We like this place, and don't want to leave."

"Sure," he bowed his head, then went inside the Café. I looked at Aiden.

"Paparazzi?"

"No wonder, Letty. Think who I am," his voice was sad, probably because the paparazzi destroyed his plans to take a rest with me and enjoy my company.

I took a sip of Ice Coffee and looked at Aiden, thinking about his words. He is an Alpha, the main man in the Pack and the city. All those three years he was probably not surrounded by girls, as he was missing me and busy with the Alpha duties that fell on his shoulders. And, from the time I appeared here, he's always around me, and people keep noticing that. Of course, the paparazzi would like to make a few photos of us and make a scandalous article for the newspaper.

I was dragged to the real world from my thoughts by an opened door, from which a few waiters appeared with a few tables and chairs. They put those tables and chairs around our "secret place", then brought the same flower fences and separated each table with them. They covered us behind those fences, then brought more flowers, other plants, and even more umbrellas. People run from the Café to those tables, and soon we were lost in the crowd.

"Nice one!" I smiled at the waiter, who just brought one more, higher fence, and cowered us from all the crowd. Then, he smiled and another waiter who came to us, put two plates with some pastry at our table.

"Compliment from our chef," they both smiled, and I noticed Aiden is smiling too. I took his hand, and two waiters looked at my move, but the smile hasn't hidden from their faces.

"What a nice place! Thanks for bringing me here!" I smiled happily, and Aiden smiled back at me. He kissed my hand gently, then turned to the two waiters.

"We want to have a tasty breakfast. My Beta said you serve the best breakfast in the whole city," Aiden looked at me and chuckled, "Yeah, yeah, I asked him for dating advice. I might be a trained and skilled Alpha, but I'm zero at dates and love."

"You're the best, Aiden," I smiled at him, then took a sip of Ice Coffee. Waiters were shining, probably from our lovely chats, and quickly promised us to serve the best breakfast in our entire life, then disappeared. I took a notebook from my purse and looked at Aiden again, "Can we continue?"

"Yeah. Now it's my time to ask. What was that when I kissed you under the oak tree? You were like…" he thought about the right word, but it only made me giggle.

"Your kiss evoked some of my memories. I saw us as kids and teens, playing in the forest and laughing at my dad's jokes. And I remembered our first kiss," I blushed to see his happy face.

"That's why you asked to repeat," he chuckled, taking a sip of coffee, "To get more memories?"

"Not only that. I just…missed the kiss because I concentrated on those memories," I turned red from head to toes, then looked down at my notebook, "I have some more questions, but I'm afraid I'd spoil the happy mood around. What should I do?"

"Think of something else," Aiden shrugged, holding my hand and just looking at me with the warmest look I had ever seen. His warm eyes full of love gave me a hint about what I should ask to have a full picture of the things going around.

"So, my father was an Alpha, right? Then… Who am I? How is it called in the werewolves' world?" I saw a smile appearing on Aiden's face, and he made a long sip of Ice Coffee to prolong the intrigue, "Oh Aiden, c`mon!"

"Do you remember how I called you in the morning when I just came?" he asked, throwing my mind in a rush back to the morning. Then, a flash of light blew up in my mind.

"Princess?" I arched an eyebrow, then I saw two waiters coming at us with two trays. They started serving our table, so we were just watching them quickly doing everything, then they straightened up and stepped back from us.

"Have a tasty breakfast!" they quickly disappeared, so we were left alone again. I looked over the table to see two portions of sunny-side-up fried eggs with ham and some sauce, sandwiches with avocado and cottage cheese toppings, and those tasty croissants they brought us earlier as a compliment from a chef.

"Whoa, that's a lot!" I looked over the food again, but my stomach made a loud groan, threatening to eat not only my portion. Aiden chuckled and took a fork in his left hand.

"Let's enjoy our breakfast, then chat again. Have a tasty meal," he started with eggs and I follow him, eating my meal slowly and enjoying every piece of that tasty breakfast. I should definitely try to make something like that at home.

After a while, when we finished eating, the waiter cleaned out the table and brought us our bills, then withdrew quickly, leaving us alone. By the time he left, Aiden had already taken out his purse and started counting the money with a rustling sound. I cleared my throat and attracted his attention. He understood probably everything from my expression, as he put the money in the small envelope, where the bill was, and hide his purse in a pocket of his gray jeans.

"It's my duty to pay for the lady. Even if I'm a werewolf, I was raised as a gentleman," he stood up, then held me in his hand with a smile, "Mind walking around?"

"No," I stood up, took my purse, and only after that took his hand. He kissed the top of it, then led me to the street behind the Café. It was half empty, and we could not worry about someone taking a photo of us behind our backs. I leaned closed to Aiden, and he hugged my waist., "So, before climbing at the Alpha Throne, you were a Prince?"

"Yeah," he nodded, walking around with me, "If to believe the hierarchy people made, your father was the Alpha King, as his Pack was first in the hierarchy. After his death, the first place transferred to my father's Pack, then to mine…"

"So, you're the Alpha King now?" I suddenly stopped and looked at him. He shook his head negatively.

"That's how people would call us, Letty. I prefer Alpha and Luna titles. Luna is a mate of the Alpha. However, the children of the Alpha couple are called Princess and Prince, so I guess their parents should be called King and Queen. Someone possessed it from humans, and the crowd liked it," Aiden shrugged, then hugged me again and led me along the street.

"You sound like you almost don't care about all those titles?"

"I used to," he chuckled, "Until I found my Princess."

"Aw," I couldn't resist and hugged him tightly. Aiden hugged me back and kissed the top of my head when we suddenly heard a splash sound. When we turned up, we saw the same cameraman and woman with the big purse from the Café. They looked at us with a smile, the woman started unwrapping her purse in order to get something, when Aiden took my chin up.

"Ready?" he asked without explaining something, but then he took my hand and in a second I got what he meant. I squeezed his hand and when he whispered "run", we both run along the street, trying to get away from the paparazzi. Aiden was faster than I, probably because my werewolf part was still sleeping, and after a few meters of running, I stopped with a heavy breath.

"I… Can't…." Aiden suddenly grabbed me in his arms and ran faster than before, so the paparazzi were left with nothing more than a long, creaky nose.

We fell to a bench in a dead-end street and burst into a laugh.

"That was so childish! Can you imagine the headlines of the newspaper tomorrow?"

"As if I care!"

I'm here again with a proposal to join my discord server! I have some pictures saved related to Aiden and Letty, and I can show you how they look!

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
