I was right

After a well night's rest Craig, who just woke up, noticed that Rushdiy and Keaghan were still sleeping while Tristan was gone. He stood up and looked around the area, after deciding to walk outside he found Tristan sitting and drawing something.

"Yo brother watching doing." Craig asked Tristan curiously.

"Just drawing a design of something while working out how it could work." Tristan answered Craig questions as quick and short as possible, not even looking at him.

"Oh damn you drawing a schemetic, schemetic, scamatic, fuck it" Craig asked Tristan but stumbled along. "Those drawing for designing technology and buildings." After stumbling for too long he gave up

"You talking about a schematic Craig and no I can't draw that to save my life so this is just a bastardised drawing of what it should be." Tristan corrected Craig and answered his question.

"Oh damn what to trying to design then." Craig asked curiously.

"A grappling hook." Tristan asked in a casual tone as if what he was designing was a simple thing.

"Oh dope, no wait, a fucking grappling hook!?" Craig shouted, surprised at what Tristan was designing and immediately after his outburst, Craig was reprimanded by Tristan

"Craig! Don't shout! They other guy's are still sleeping." Tristan said finally taking his eyes away from the drawing and looked at Craig.

"Too late." A tired Keaghan added and judging by his yawning he probably just woke up now.

"Craig your loud mouth woke us up." An angry Rushdiy said probably in the same situation as Keaghan.

"My bad sorry." Craig placed his hand on his head and sheepishly apologies.

"Nah it's fine, we're awake now." Keaghan brushed it off.

"Learn to shut up and be quiet sometimes." Rushdiy although still annoyed he did calm down a bit.

Rushdiy and Keaghan approached the two and Rushdiy noticed that Tristan was drawing and wondered how he got materials to draw.

"What the fuck? How did you get shit to draw with." Rushdiy asked curiously.

"I woke up early, decided to walked for a bit and found an an empty note book then with some ground charcoal started drawing and here we are."

"Damn, bro went on a small side quest and got some loot." Rushdiy commented while Craig whistled and Keaghan just nodded his head.

Tristan decided to stop drawing now, folds the book and tosses the twig he was using in a random direction. He stands up and starts to talk to the others.

"Aight, now that I'm done with this let's talk about food."

"Yeah what about it." Rushdiy asked

"You see, we can't just be eating fruit that'll screw us over, so I had an idea when i saw that pot here." Tristan pointed at a pot suspended above a fire pit."we get mushrooms cook it, add salt then we got food."

"Ok now how we getting salt." Craig asked curious on whether Tristan's plan idea is good.

"Craig, your a gacha player you should have lots of salt." Tristan said poking fun at Craig's gacha life.

"Oh fuck you, why the fuck did you single out me what about Rushdiy and Keaghan."

"Firstly Keaghan plays gacha games on and off but honestly doesn't care about them so he's out and secondly Rushdiy is a lucky bastard and therefore has no salt." Tristan said defending his point while Craig looked at the other two for confirmation.

"This is true." Rushdiy said backing Tristan up.

"Yeah nah, I rarely play gacha games and I don't get jealous of others." Keaghan said, clearing Craig's confusion.

"Oh fuck all of you and your bullshit." Craig was a bit peeved by Tristan's joke but diverted the topic back to his question."But seriously now how are we getting salt." Craig spoke in a tone of seriousness.

Tristan hearing and seeing that the others were also curious about that, decided to stop playing games and answer Craig's question. "Craig we're close to the ocean, we can just take some sea water, boil it in the pot and there we have salt."

"What are we waiting for, let's go." Looking forward to eating something that sounds good Craig was about to start moving but was stopped by Keaghan.

"Yo Craig hold up, I think you sound stay behind."

"Why?" Craig asked in confusion.

"Just a hunch I had on something, stay here and practice your elemental abilities while holding down the fort." Keaghan's way of speaking hinted that he knew something.

"Ok I'll try my best to do something at the very least." Craig promised to the others.

After that Tristan, Rushdiy and Keaghan made their bare minimum preparation but before they were about to leave Rushdiy had an idea to give to Craig.

"Yo Craig try to use boxing as a base for your elemental ability." And with that they left.

======================

"How many mushrooms should we pick up?" Keaghan asked while stuffing mushrooms in a makeshift bag made from his jacket.

"I don't know, as much as we can carry." Tristan said while stuffing his 'bag' full as well.

While picking up mushrooms they gradually moved towards the beach side to get the water. After a while their 'bags' became full and now they were just walking towards the beach.

While they were walking Rushdiy asked the two why Keaghan said Craig should stay behind.

"Yo Keaghan why did you have Craig staying behind?" Rushdiy asked curiously.

When he asked that Tristan gave Keaghan a look which said that it should wait. After thinking for a while Keaghan just sighed and began explaining things to Rushdiy.

"Ok Rushdiy, I'll explain." And with Rushdiy's attention was grabbed. "You see Rushdiy when we made our elemental abilities what did the three of us make?" Keaghan asked Rushdiy and he responded quickly.

"Tristan has a wind shiv, I have a wind push and you have a magic bullet." Rushdiy answered.

"Alright so what's that difference between ours and Craig's?" Now Keaghan asked a different question, one which Rushdiy struggled to find the answer for.

After a bit a thinking and even less answers Rushdiy finally gave up. "Yeah nah I don't know."

Keaghan, seeing that Rushdiy gave up decided to give him the answer. "You see Rushdiy the difference is that ours, while not to their full potential at least have a well constructed base we can see that by the power it shows, while Craig's on the other hand does not have a well constructed base." He stopped there so that Rushdiy can digest the information, but seeing that Rushdiy had a question he let him ask it.

"Ok that is cool and all but what do that have to do with why you had craig stay behind." Not understanding where Keaghan was going with this Rushdiy decided to ask.

"Its because that while ours are completed but not mastered Craig's is neither completed nor mastered, which is why we didn't get-." Right as Keaghan was explaining he was interrupted by Tristan.

"Boi's we're here" Tristan announcing their arrival at the beach.

"I'll tell you when we're at the base." Keaghan had decided to finish his explaination another.

Meanwhile Tristan was collecting seawater in a cooking pot. Once he collected enough water he decided to make a call to go back.

"Bet, I think we have enough so we can go back." No one objected to that.

And with that they went back in a quiet

journey, enjoying the scenery.

Meanwhile with Craig

Right after the three left Craig sat down on a log eating a sunsettia and thinking on Rushdiy's words.

"Use boxing as a base." He muttured, thinking how could he combine the two. But just then he had an idea, jumped up and shouted "I got it!"

And with that he started working.

Firstly he started getting a feeling for how he should box, trying to get a good rhythm he did various cross ups and some weird stuff. When he felt satisfied with it he went to straight punches and started incorporating elemental energy, at first it did nothing so he decided to slowly work on moving his energy in tandem with his punches, after a bit of time and a some persuasion from his side his energy started gradually moving towards his hands while some stayed behind in arm, as the elemental energy started gaining it started boosting his punches, making them faster and hit harder, he tested them on a tree and the results shook him, before he wouldn't even hurt the bark but now he could cleanly take a chunk of the bark off with punch. Seeing what his punches can do and how how to was caused he decided to name this technique 'Hammer Punch'.

tly named his technique a resounding 'ding' was heard and a familiar interface popped up, this time carrying a different set of words.
